Confirmed, look at the font of their logo in the top-left corner. Those words are just a watermark.
-
I'm pretty sure that's just the y from Getty Images, which would just be who they got the image from.

Which parts of the brain aren't lit up?
Asking because I'm wondering how specific this is, if there are a lot more parts of the brain then this is specific but if that's most of the brain this doesn't mean very much, right?

The game will be using full-body performance capture to place its actors in the game; the tech demo I saw demonstrated both male and female actors captured with the sort of clarity we've come to expect from games using full-performance capture. James Woods will reprise his role as Frank Woods, of course.
Frank Woods was voiced by James C. Burns, not James Woods.
I didn't write it. I just forwarded it.
Not my mistake.
He also calls the new bad guy by the wrong name twice, I corrected the first but missed the second.
(I will correct it all when I CBA)
Regards Alpha.
Sorry if I came off wrong, I wasn't saying it was your mistake. I just thought that since I noticed it was incorrect I should point it out, just trying to help.

also if you look at the desk their is a american flag wrapped up.
that means the flag or/ and the medals dont belong to this person, because you are given the flag when a relative is KIA
Everyone thought Woods was dead in Black Ops, including Mason, Hudson, and Weaver. Maybe Woods now has his own flag, just a guess.
-
Remembering back to GKNova6 back before Black Ops was confirmed, then there is ALWAYS more to an image than originally thought. Treyarch just love throwing curveballs wherever and whenever possible. Just coming from experience and knowledge of Treyarch, there is always more.
I suppose, but it seems that their reveals this time are way less in-depth than GKNova6 was. Almost like this promotional event is done by a completely different group of people than GKNova6.

There you go... its solved its Mason. [brains] [brains]
Definately not solved. There is much, much more to this image. Besides, we think it's Woods, not Mason
Until there is confirmation, then this image is not 'solved'. Keep plugging away, there is still a long way to go

What makes you think that? (that there is much, much more)
I think if it is Woods then that's it, they just wanted to show us Woods makes an appearance in the game.

You beat me to it. Hmm... what the hell could this be?
The picture isn't a picture, it looks like as if a veteran framed his medals...
That could explain the hand looking old, maybe it's a character from Black Ops or World at War, in the time of Black Ops II?
-
Looks like the game might start with a person in a chair again.
-
What's that from?
the site call of duty
I checked the site after you posted, it still said "Unlocks April 30th" for me. You get things before me
-
What's that from?
Nvm, it updated for me now.
-
As much as it pains me I will buy it. Is there a way to get only 1 year and not get it renewed?
Yeah just buy the $100 version it comes with the game and 1 year Elite subscription. (I'm assuming) That's how they did it with MW3.
I think you can also buy a prepaid card for 1 year of Elite for $50, but then you're wasting $10 for no reason.
-
Maybe that's his actual arm because he's an android. (lol)

I was waiting for the:
''No, it's true! My dad/uncle/friend/pet horse works at treyarch!!11!1''
This reminds me of a time I was playing Black Ops, and this kid said we should believe him about something because his grandma makes sandwiches for Treyarch. Lol.
-
No, they shouldn't, but they probably will. I don't like to launch a separate application to look at stats and such when it can just be included in the game, saving everyone time. I have Elite premium and founder status, and I barely use it because it's just inconvenient.
-
That looks exactly the same. Same wing shape and tail
I know, that's what I'm saying. It is the same aircraft.
I was agreeing with you man. I can't wait to see what other goodies are in the game in the reveal
Oh lol. The reveal trailer will probably be awesome.

From the page you put in your post:
"In service 1936-1945"
I think it's pretty safe to say this is not a World War II game, lol.
-
From this image we can tell that the game will be set in the year 2000+ because...
THe plane in the background is a predator c avenger, its first flight was in 2009. So from that we can decipher that the next game may be in the present or future.
Wow lol, look at my post in this other thread (What the "Future" quote actually means), I posted the same two pictures but no I hadn't looked at your post first. Weird coincidence.
-
I understand that black operations gives you a certain amount of leniency, but they simply are not going to include an aircraft that flew for the first time in 2009 in a game set almost 30 years before. I'm not even going to try to explain why that would make no sense.
It's not nessicarily the same aircraft. We shouldn't assume things before Treyarch actually confirms them. I bet all my gamer points that Black Ops 2, Eclipse, Call of Duty 9, or what ever it's called, will take place in the '80s-'90s. Mark my words. MARK 'EM I SAY!!!!

That's not the same aircraft?

I'm pretty sure it will be in the near future possibly with flashbacks, but after reading people's posts in this forum, it seems I'm the only one. Everyone else thinks it's 80s, 90s, or 2000s. Anyway, like you said, killing a large group of zombies with a railgun would be...epic.
-
Actually, General Atomics (same company that we already know makes a UCAV that will be in Black Ops II) has a working railgun that began testing in 2010, and is planned to start production in 2019.

It's probably:
"BETTER TOMORROW"
or
"LETTER TOMORROW"
If it's better tomorrow it might be referring to technology that makes the future better which might have something to do with the plot.
If it's letter tomorrow it might mean they will be putting out a letter tomorrow with some kind of information in it.
