Double XP Problem

Hey guys,newbie here. I just finished celebrating Thanksgiving and I noticed that I still didn't redeem my code from my Doritos bag for some double XP so I just went to turn the code in to the website to get my 15 min of double XP then.... Wow,is this happening to anybody?
