What about the unused Richtofen/Maxis quotes?

So, as you may know there are some quotes of Richtofen and Maxis ripped from in-game files.

But there are some quotes that haven't appeared yet.

The most important to me are these ones:

"Ah, this building looks familiar." 0:46

"Speed Cola! Oh how I miss that invigorating taste." 1:13

"Bleh bleh bleh, vodka vodka, bleh bleh. Ah, I think I'm starting to miss that drunk." 1:51

"You know, I used to be in your shoes? Then I became an all-powerful omnipotent being!" 8:00

So what? The Easer Egg is done already? Are these just unused quotes and have nothing to do with the storyline?

I'm really confused :? What do you guys think?
