Missing Documents in BO CW Seasons

Hi All, new to this page.

 

I have been playing BOCW for a while now, particularly Zombies, but I have a issue. I am very much trying to collect all the intel bits but I am struggling with a couple of things, I know where to find them but they just are not there anymore, has the game de-spawned intel drops, for instance there is a Omega patch meant to be on the beam in the training ground in RUKA, but it is not there, also in the same map there is meant to be a aether shard/crystal on a stone to the south of the map in the wasteland, it also is missing.

 

Today I was looking at what I was missing and I am also showing missing Document for season 5 but they are not showing in the documents collected but showing they are outstanding in the summary page, is this a glitch or are they still to be collected and where from. Can't find anything online about them, please help.
