My ps4 says game will be available to play 10-5

My ps4 says game will pre download on the 4th and I can play 8 pm on the fifth. Is this everyone?

What time zone? Because I've heard of games unlocking at 11pm EST the day before.

Well yeah, the game starts on the 6th at 12:00am EST, which may be 11:00pm where you are. making it technically the 5th when it becomes playable.

Charlie Intel posted an article a while ago, saying that some stores in America (Walmart, I think) would start selling Black Ops 3 on November 5th, on some ridiculous time like 9pm.

So, it isn't hard to believe at all that the game will come out 11pm digitally. If only that was the case here too

The official word i believe was that in the US, it will be available to play at 9 PM pacific time.  so 10 mountain, 11 central, and midnight eastern.  And then Midnight local time everywhere else in the world
