When you see a member of staff or another member referring to the CoC, they are referring to the Code of Conduct for callofdutyzombies.com

Since the upgrade this has not been present, however, we have now added the CoC back to the site and slightly updated the CoC as well (it may require a few tweaks).

This can now be found under the more menu.
