Conspiracy and Rescue - Game Mode Concepts

Welcome back and today I have 2 new yet similar concepts for Zombies. These new Game Modes are Conspiracy, and Rescue. Each game Mode goes on forever and although they are Objective based, The game will only end when you fail to complete the objective. Your score is provided depending on how many times you complete the objective. Let us Begin with Conspiracy

 

Conspiracy

 

Description - Take the Role of the Mercenaries in a mission to destroy all evidence of the Outbreak. This means Dealing with witnesses, fulfill your duties and Kill all Survivors.

 

Game Style: Constant spawning Survivor group waves? Obectives

 

Objective - Kill as many survivor groups as possible before dying. In some cases you can shoot the legs of the Survivors and cripple them. Then let the undead finish them off.

 

Weapons- Standard weapons No wonder weapons.

 

Enemies - Zombies, Armed Survivors

 

Enemy Alterations - Zombies get stronger every round, Armed survivors get better Equipment and weapons for every group killed.

 

Armed Survivor attack pattern - Armed Survivors will duck behind cover and shoot players. They will also shoot Zombies if they get close to the group. Armed Survivors are capable of ending rounds. When their numbers have been dwindled they will run away from their camps. You must now chase them down and finish them off. Sometimes the undead will finish them off for you but the stronger the survivors get the less likely it is that this will happen

 

Survivor Group Spawns - When starting a game a Group of survivors will spawn on a random point of the map. The first survivor group will always be armed with pistols and their accuracy is low. Once the group is killed a new group will spawn on the other side of the map. If a survivor is killed by a zombie, that survivor will reanimate and become one of them.

 

Scoring System - There are 2 types of points. Purchase points and Kill points. Purchase points are your standard point system used to buy perks and better weapons. However Kill points tell you how many survivors you have killed.

 

Dual Ranking system - The new ranking system for this mode shows how many survivor groups you eliminated overall, and how many rounds passed while you were doing so. Using these 2 numbers you will be placed on the leaderboards.

Rescue

 

Description - The undead are upon us. The government has issued an evacuation of all largely populated areas. Evac helicopters will be dispatched to assist any stranded survivors.

 

Game Style- Objective, Escort

 

Objective - Locate and Escort survivors to the rescue chopper without letting the survivor die

 

Weapons - Standard weapons and Wonder weapons

 

Enemies - Zombies

 

Enemy attack patterns - Zombies will attack players but some will ignore you in favor of attacking the survivor.

 

Survivor Spawn - A single survivor will be spawned in. This survivor will Hide somewhere in the map and once you find him/her they will join you. From this point on the survivor is vulnerable to attacks. As you escort more survivors sometimes more than one survivor will spawn. 

 

Survivor Movement - Survivors will Generally follow you as long as the Path is clear of Zombies. If there are too many zombies nearby the survivor will be too scared to move. The survivor will automatically get into the helicopter once you get near enough. You can give survivors weapons however doing so will cause the weapon to be lost once they reach the helicopter. You can not give a survivor a wonder weapon or grenades.

 

helicopter spawn - The helicopter will spawn in different parts of the Map whenever a helicopter reaches full capacity. It will leave, then return empty and ready for more survivors. 

 

Reasons for a Game Over - You will be given a game over if a certain amount of survivors are killed. This is shown on the top screen. Each time a survivor dies you lose a Chance. Once all 3 chances are spent the Game is Over. 

 

New wave system - There is no longer a fixed number of zombies per round. Instead zombies will be constantly spawning. Once a certain number of zombies are killed the next zombie to spawn and onwards will be stronger. There are no delays between the transition. 

 

Ranking system - You are ranked on the leader boards on how many rescues you got.

A nice idea would be to make it so initially the armed survivors assumed you were helpful, however once they see you murder their friend it's all over. 

 

 

Also: I like the idea of this mechanic and this achievement: 

 

After taking X amount of hits from zombies, the survivor will start emitting stench like vultures aid, zombie blood, or meat from grief. This means the survivor is now infected, giving you the go-ahead to take him out. 

 

You've killed us all! : In rescue deliver an infected surviver to the plane. (Results in game over)

I like that achievement. I should have added some.
