NAV Tables/ NAV Cards

So can anyone fully explain the purpose of the NAV Tables and NAV Cards? We all kept waiting did all the easter eggs, and kept waiting... Still have no idea if this is over.

It links all the towers to the end game button in buried. Pretty underwhelming right

What would happen if you did the easter eggs, without using or building a nav table and then went on to push the button on buried? Has anyone tried this?

We spent all that time, just to be told this was a plan B that never got used?!

You can't hit the button if you haven't done the NavCards. The Plan B device in the courthouse lights up blue or orange on the front depending on which side you did. But there are three light bulbs on the top that indicate having the NavCards done.

No it just activates the elevator in die rise to stop at the flopper floor. :P
