Question for those of you that have watched the early gameplay.

Any thoughts on how we will get the achievement?

Awaken the Gazebo

In Buried, Pack-a-Punch a weapon during round 1 with no one using the bank or Weapon Locker.

At spawn Ali-A supposedly said only one person can get up to LSAT area. Maybe a switch up there opens pack-a-punch area or the machine itself is also up there. I doubt we've even seen half of the map.

Doubt we have either but even if we got the LSAT. 2000 then 5000? to PaP, where the points going to come from

Idk but it sounds like a challenge from Treyarch to find out and get that achievement 8-) Still I bet PHD Flopper is behind cell bars on this map since no one confirmed it's back. :cry:

Stupid. The time bomb that you get from the box allows you to throw it down at, say, round 1 and then detonate it at a later round and if you have enough points, you'll be able to Pack a Punch.

And Blamo! You brought logic and inspiration for uses of the new equipment! The Time Bomb is gonna be really useful, though it's a good thing it's only on solo otherwise it would be super OP.

From what I've seen, it's a permanent thing. You start all over again, but with your points and I believe weapons. It does seem someone pointless if you're not going for the achievement. I have a feeling is has something to do with the Easter egg.

It's a nice save system, that Time Bomb.You're practically invincible in Buried. Vulture Aid Elixir is OP.

Hmm okay. It's solo only? Makes sense. I mean, if it were in co-op, it would just be another item for trolls to use on the rest of the players.

I take it that the box is also available on Round 1? I'm trying not to watch the videos because I like finding out the map layout by myself, but I do enjoy learning more about the utilities of the map.

Yeah, the Time Bomb is solo only so I also doubt it'd be used for the EE unless there's a solo version of it. Also, it is possible to get to the box on round one, but it's of several opinions that the ideal route is to go for Bowie Knife which is also available on round one.

Playing Solo, and you've already done all these steps and shit, get corned, ran out of quick revive, bam, go back in time.

The time bomb is NOT SOLO ONLY

It's in multiplayer, and if you throw it down it will bring you back to the round you placed it.

Place it at end of round 10. Round 11 complete one side of EE, activate time bomb, go back in time to end of round 10, complete otherside.

This weapon... Though it will be used for good, some will place it on round 1 then use it on round 20...

Anddd I'm willing to bet it will be used for the Achievement that says "In Buried, rewrite History on them." Like what Xieon said.

Wonder how the time bomb will effect people who leave... If you place a bomb on round 10, then one guy leaves on 11, but another joins on 11, and then you hit the bomb.... Does the game count? Or does it stay forfited because ----- left the game?

its sooooo easy all you do is put the time bomb on round one and make sure you have a lsat then when you have 5000 points activate the time bomb and pack a punch it still counts as round 1

NO!!! now I have to beware of Time Bomb trolls whenever I play with randoms.

Also, Revolutionist Historian is most likely unlocked when you use the Time Bomb in a certain way, maybe not specifically the EE.
