If there is do you think it would be on the Leaderboards e.g. "Got off at Round 20"

Would you end it?

STEP 1: Find the Warden's Key

STEP 2: Get Plane parts

STEP 3: Build Plane on the roof

STEP 4: Get the hell off the Island!

This is the "zombie" that comes through the map and shuts off perk machines and the box.

It looks nothing like The Guard (or Warden)

Do we have to kill one of these for the Warden's Key? (although the Guard/Warden seems purely cinematic)

Hmm.. possibly. That would be really cool. I'm really excited for this map, but also really scared. They are doing SO MUCH new in this map, which is what could make or break it.

I think the "Escape" is a Red Herring.

I really hope that the aircraft is a game ending challenge! But the question is, is it better to escape by round 10 (having completed all tasks as fast as possible) or can you hang on to round 30+ before you cant take any more?

I also hope that even with a possible ending, there will be a leaderboard for highest rounds survived! and on that note:

Treyarch, Please fix the problem of leaderboard stats not counting if a lesser player cant handle a death and leaves the game!

We shall see. Once you get off the island it could just bring you to "no mans land " type area where survival is only momentary. 8 days!

The four electric chairs are supposedly on the Golden gate bridge, also along with pack-a-punch. And the only way back to Alcatraz is by the electric chairs. (Supposedly) Killing yourself. Odd Treyarch...Odd

My thought is that we build the plane to escape the island but that we continue to play after achieving this goal. As per the story, the characters will leave the island, but we'll keep playing as usual. Maybe we'll get a movie clip after the game ends, showing the plane leaving, similar to the final clip in CotD with George talking after the game ends.

Kinda feels like L4D in a sense if the goal is to get OFF the island. The question is though, if that IS the goal, where do you go? Would it just end it? Or actually take you somewhere?

Yes. Went down to Treyarch with the group of basketball players and they let everyone play all of the Uprising maps.

It's better than TraZzit and Die Rise. It's very good, but I think the community has a terrible habit of overhyping things.
