I don't think I have seen this anywhere else and searching in the TranZit Discussion form seemed to yield no matching results at all (Maybe I skim read and missed one which if that is the case, I apologize for.)

If you go to farm and try to hold X (Xbox), Square (PS3) or F (PC) whilst standing next to and looking at the TV then you can hear a bit of static. If you turn the power on and go back to farm you can hear various characters talking.

The first character to speak is Dr. Maxis, he talks about how he made a rushed miscalculation (related to the missiles coming from Moon) and then in the next speech from who ever it is we hear them talking about coordinates. I will now admit my hearing isn't too great so this could be wrong but I think the coordinates I heard were 37.03N, 116.07W. If we enter the coordinates into Google Maps we are taken to a place in Nevada: https://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=37.03N ... 8&t=h&z=15

Alternatively if we enter the coordinates without the letters we are taken to China, I'm thinking that these are possible locations for where Maxis meant to hit due to the fact we have found coordinates in the Multiplayer map "Turbine" which led us to a crop circle in the shape of a target/reticle with a "3" next to it.

Any thoughts?

This has been found since the week of the game's release. I've come across many topics that try to develop theories from the soundbites. Nothing that's yielded any results.

Ah ok, wonder why I couldn't find anything on it then :?

I'm thinking maybe if we remove the N and W from the coordinates that's where Die Rise is taking place, this just gave us a heads up

The coordinates are for Jackass Flats in Nevada, as said in the radio:

Unknown Man 2: Hello, hello. This is Jackass Flats calling any human community within broadcasting distance. We're located at standard map coordinates 37 degrees 07 North, 116 degrees 03 West.

As for the China thing, that is very odd. We need some more people looking into that.
