Sign/instructions posted inside driver's base?

OK, after posting yesterday my "message in the lava" at the bus terminal, I had a chance to look in theater mode at it today. I still see the "EMP driver here" message. (I'm trying to NOT see it though lol) Any way, while I was hovering the camera over the pit, I advanced the video, and I ended up inside the base of the driver, near the note pad at the base. This image flashed as the video went by so I backed it up and realized the "sign" posted is actually in a place you can't usually see.

At a few angles, it looks like it says "approved a.m. transport" at the top. "A.M." something at the bottom, and the orange looking sticker on the lower right looks like something is written.

Apologies if this is already known, I didn't see it anywhere.
