Can anyone confirm that ALL FOUR CHARACTERS can hear the circumcision line?

My thought here is that not all four characters are circumcised (at least Misty isn't), so is there any discrepancy for which characters can hear this line? Do all four players hear it at the same time when it is spoken by Maxis, or just one or some of them?

Sorry if this has been brought up before, by this line seems to coincide with an Easter Egg dead-end, so I'm trying to gather as much information on this particular piece of dialogue as I can.

is it possible maxis is saying circumSCRIBED like in terms of geometry?
