Leaderboards for zombies reset?

Does anyone know why the rounds were reset on the leaderboards for a ton of random players including RelaxingEnd's round 70 solo. Any ideas of what might have happened? I thought that maybe they patched a glitch and anyone who got their record before the patch had to be reset because they (treyarch) didn't know if the round was legitimately earned or if the players glitched to get it.

What are your guys' thoughts?

Yes. This is true. All zombie leaderboards got reset this morning. However Most people's Kills and other stats are still there.

Wow !! thats makes it pointless to try play harder and go higher . Makes me wanna use glitches to go higher instead legit, glitches that hasnt been patch and people will go up hi again in no time

PS3 leaderboards are fine. maby if u guys dont glich your high rounds they wouldent get reset :p

Can't tell if sarcasm. But they were reset for EVERYONE not just the glitches.

For the same reason they would nuke a city even if outbreak survivors are still alive. The good players will reach high rounds, and the 1000's of glitchers will be at the bottom as patches roll out. They arnt going to sift through that much data. Its just easier to reset everything than pick and choose legit scores. Youd be pretty mad if your score got unfairly rebuked, if some glitchers didnt.

I didn't lose my round 24 Town game. Managed to hit 29 tonight and didn't feel like trying again especially considering the retarded way I went down (accidentally jumped into a circle of crawlers, didn't react quickly enough) all my rage.

Good for you. To get to Round 50 you need lots of focus and patience specially without wonder weapon. You have my respect.

So let me get get this straight? The two guys whom I was playing with still have their records. And I still have my solo ones and other maps but my round 34 run on NT was wiped.
