Black Ops II Theories!

Recommended Posts

I believe that Black Ops II will not be a "direct" sequel to the first Black Ops, but set sometime in the future, about 10-15 years, most likely 10-15 years from the present day and not the 1970's setting of Black Ops. As for if Mason will be the main character again, I don't believe he will be, but may possibly be in the game. I don't believe the campaign will have the same approach as Black Ops had, with mason in the chair the entire time until the very end, they will most likely make it more like previous CoD's. And as far as the May 1st reveal, it will probably be a teaser trailer along with the "official" name of the game, although through leaked images, it will most likely be Call of Duty: Black Ops II. Will it have zombies? My guess is YES, because after the HUGE success of zombies in Black Ops, there is no reason why they wouldn't bring it back. So the next question is, what would the maps be like and where would they be, because if you remember after the easter egg in moon, 3 rockets filled with 115 hit Earth and exploded, it did not cover the entire Earth from what I could tell. My guess is that the maps would be on Earth, which would most likely be filled with zombies then. As far as the maps go, they could be anything, the possibilities are endless. I also hope they will have a zombies campaign or in the maps, show more of a back story on Group 935 and Nova 6.
