So as many people know now, callofduty.com has recently gone through its 3rd update. It contains a quote. But that is not my concern of the theory. The concern is the timer stops on the bottom of the gif. When it stops, it read 0:4:13. So i looked it up as a date. And noticed that on April 13th, 1972, during The Vietnam War, the battle of an loc starts. Could this mean anything?

Also, on April 13th, 1970, an oxygen tank aboard Apollo 13 explodes while enroute to the moon....zombie connection?

Some letters change from what they first are for example:

THE is first TWE

COULD is first COUZD

BE is first BQ

ANYWHERE is first ANYWHORE

COULD is first COULH

So we get: wzqoh

I'd like to point out that the number sequence changes. It goes from 4:00 to 4:13, so it's not just 4:13. Maybe some significance in the FPSrussia video from that time in the video?

As Alpha suggested, it is most likely referring to sleeper cells/MKULTRA. In other words, more people like Mason who are "activated" by a code or set of words to go out and commit acts.

No it wasn't your fault I posted mine in pure excitement and didn't realize somebody else posted it. Its getting me mad because like half the people on YouTube that are good at cracking these things are missing the letters.

I believe the time code is set for 24 frames per second (standard for film).

If I'm correct, then these two frames are sequential

Doesn't help much with the codes but it is a thought.
