They payed for sure some money for FPSRussia as he said that thing on his vid will be in next CoD.

I like the start of this ad campaign.

I imagine they produced the whole thing, copter model, cgi work, fake explosions/muzzle flash etc. You will also notice no other advertising on the video, because it already is one (I don't think youtube let you stick adverts on "paid product listings".

Seems like Activision are working with big youtubers to play a part in the advertising campaign.

FPSRussia today uploaded a video of a "Prototype Quadrotor with Machine Gun" which is the image that is currently displayed on the callofduty website. The prototype quadrotor, is not real. It has been made specifically for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and this is a prop made for advertisement.

FPSRussia says that he does not want to wait for this technology to be released but a friend of his told him "that it might just be in the new Call of Duty game"

Here's his video:

If you look at the tags on his video, it also opens up a little bit.

drone, quadrotor, prototype, future, prototype quadrotor, future quadrotor, fps russia, fps, russia, fps-russia, professional russian, fpsrussia, black ops, woods, zombie poker parties, tacitus, future weapons, future weapons manufacturer, future weapons company, tacitus t-shirt, t-shirt, call of duty future weapons, guns, call of duty, near future warfare

Future Warfare was mentioned a bunch of times, as well as Black Ops.

Plus, "zombie poker party".

When FPS Russia gets his zombie dolls, they look NOTHING like the ones in the video.

These are high quality.

Also, I can't seem to find ANYTHING about "Tactitus".

All I know, is that he WAS the senator and a historian of the Roman Empire in about AD 56 – AD 117.

He also borrowed the car from Yuri, which is a popular name in the CoD franchise. (MW3, and Zombies)

I'll be posting a video analyzing this video, so stay tuned.

FPS Russia also mentioned that he was wondering why no one was asking him about Tacitus, so there may be something more there. Tomorrow we are scheduled to get a a new unlock, can't wait to see what it is.

I mentioned this in my video which is uploading now.

Also, look at the one second mark.

There is a half a second annotation on "tacitus" that says "hmm".

I think this killstreak is just going to be the new assault drone. Requires too many kills, MG's too weak and probably has extremely low health. However it does kind of say that BO2 is going to be set in the future? About 2020? 2025? If it is i hope they don't go completely over the top. Keep multiplayer realistic!

Woodysgamertag done a video mentioning the guns on his desk and the shirt he was wearing.

From my point of view, Tacitus could be one of two things.

A. A Roman Emporer http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marcus_Claudius_Tacitus

or...

B. A Crater on the Moon http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tacitus_(crater)

As Woody'sGamertag said, FPSRussia always wears his own shirts in his videos. This time, it's just a shirt that says Tacitus. I think that's something really important...

EDIT

Also, I tried out a load of websites.

tacitus.com is a closed business. The site existed back in the late 90s so that's nothing.

tacitus.net links you to a website about buying domain names.

tacitus.co.uk is about domain names as well

and tacitus.org... well... German Porn Site. And I don't really wanna know what nooks and crannys you have to highlight to find the 3arc logo.

This needs more investigation.

It is also an anagram of "Cat Suit" which is 100% relevant

Dunno if this anything but I'll post it anyway:

Augustus' Eclipse (14 CE)

Soon after the death of Augustus, Tacitus mentions a lunar eclipse, which has been identified with the eclipse of September 27, 14 CE. Tacitus says:

"The Moon in the midst of a clear sky became suddenly eclipsed; the soldiers who were ignorant of the cause took this for an omen referring to their present adventures: to their labors they compared the eclipse of the planet, and prophesied 'that if to the distressed goodness should be restored her wonted brightness and splendor, equally successful would be the issue of their struggle.' Hence they made a loud noise, by ringing upon brazen metal, and by blowing trumpets and cornets; as she appeared brighter or darker they exulted or lamented."

I think you might be onto something
