Kino: The Blacked Out Image, The Knocking Man, and Richtofen

As we all know, there is a blacked out image of an unknown person, but could this person really be the man that's causing the knocking in the dressing room? Maybe he blacked out his own Image because he's hiding from richtofen, perhaps he had a daughter he was protecting. What i mean is when during the Kino opening cutscene Richtofen says "Where did that little girl disappear to?" he couldn't be referencing Samantha becuase she disappeared long before kino, and if he was referencing her, he would've said here name. So maybe by blacking out his own Image he was trying to hide the fact that he was there. Also, whenever you throw a monkey by the area where the knocking occurs he (the knocking man) will say, "Ooh, Monkey!", So he must've known richtofen before kino otherwise he wouldn't of known what the monkey sounded like, he would've had to

have know becuase he obviously couldn't see it.

anyway, Just a theory, feel free to comment and tell me what you think.

The "Where did that little girl disappear to?" quote is referencing Samantha. He's just time-traveled in the MDT which he thought couldn't happen. So obviously he's gonna wonder if Samantha time-traveled as well, or whether she came to the theater as well since he wasn't expecting to come here as well.

However he does contradict himself here. He already knows Samantha is up in the pyramid since he'd been contacted by Groph before this. Whether Treyarch just did it so it wouldn't be giving away to much of the storyline, or just Richtofen generally forgot, I don't know.
