It looks like there are other pages. Maybe the classic maps? So maybe that page is a map that takes place before NDU.

Yeah I noticed that too! You can make out UNI by that sphere shape on the edge.

ok here is what i think. the ripped page is not for a loading screen. and it is not a new/old map. but what it really is is A ORDER FORM.

a order form to ORDER MORE BOOKS! if u look in the bottom left corner you can see a part with a doted line on it kinda like the ones that you cut out and you mail to the company that ONLY COSTS 25 CENTS. you know the ones u find in COMIC BOOKS. and also the type that lets you ORDER NEW (but also cheap) TOYS.

also in the top left it says something like "worlds most played" Sam may be ordering more "toys" to use to kill her other "toys" or it could mean the return for some are favorite toys.

so it could also be Treyarchs way of telling us that the black ops zombies is almost over (still got map pack 4) but zombies will be coming back in black ops 2!
