Should I get it?

Im thinking about getting Der Reise for WAW, I have it for Black Ops but I get the feeling that the WAW version is loads better with the WWII guns plus the multiplayer maps. Do you guys recommend I get it?

Get SNN and verruckt, not der riese. Der riese gets REALLY boring later on, the catwalk making it too simple. SNN and verruckt don't have the pack a punch, but that really doesn't mean much. IMO they were far more fun.

I want to get Der Reise just to see what the pack a punch weapons are like though, I wouldn't camp on the catwalk anyway because I have just done that way to many times on BO Der Reise. Thanks for your opinion though.

I think you should get it. Zombieofthedead's post is biased by his hate of Der Riese. I played it at my friends house and I had loads of fun.

I changed my opinion of Der Riese. It is fun, but I still don't think it is nearly as good as everyone says.

If you've played the BO version its not work the price of a whole map pack

they should have offered a zombie collection after for those who dont want maps for MP just zombies cos its too pricey for just zombies if you got the new version of same map.

I've definately noticed that the W@W version is considerably easier than the BO version. But if you have the money then go for it, dunno why but I just like the feel of the W@W version better, the graphics look more grimey lol.

The map pack is a bit pricy, but the result is quite fun. The zombie map is the best and it will not dissapoint you. The multiplayer maps were not my favorite though :/ It's up to you. Try looking up gameplays and such.

It's all down to personal preference, I think Der Riese is amazing! It's worth buying, and you will always have someone to play with. The catwalk is totally optional, you don't have to go up their, just stay by Double Tap and hog all the kills! (lol)

I got W@W for christmas, and got all 3 map packs. They are all fun, so if you have the $, get them all. My favorite map is Verrückt, but I also like Der Riese and Shi No Numa. Just watch out, if you get into a lobby where someone has an invisible rank, or colored or moving name, then it is going to be a modded lobby, and you hsould probably get out of there I say this because you can get banned for being in a modded lobby.

You could buy the $40 map pack (Last time I checked it was $40). It contains all zombie and multiplayer maps and you'd be saving if you wanted to buy them all eventually.

I think you'd have fun on all of them. It's basically a new experience since the only thing familiar will be the map layout. No Mule Kick, Solo Revive, BO weapons, Thundergun and Winters Howl, Monkey Bomb and Carpenter on the first 3 maps, and WaW DG-3 JZ ftw!

It's your choice, but if you just want to see PaP WaW weapons, than get Der Riese.

It's 2000 MS Points for the map pack bundle. each normal map pack is 800. 800+800+800=2400. You save 5 dollars for the bundle. But, people still pay for map packs? I just get them form Activision. Free codes FTW.
