Okay so the math breaks down to this.

Mnesia has 16 shots. Each shot does 200 Damage at close range. Each head shot gets a 6x multiplier. So 200*6 = 1200 Damage per head shot. 16*1200 = 19200 damage for the entire clip (16 shots) of head shots. The last round where a zombies health is lower than 19200 is round 40.

So round 42 was the closest answer! Congrats!
