It's anchors away for mayhem! In this epic tale of survival inspired by legendary writer and director George A. Romero, a group of four fearless explorers fight for their lives amidst an army of bloodthirsty Russian zombies. The story begins with our heroes stranded in the frozen wastelands of a forgotten Siberian outpost. On the hunt for the origins of the enigmatic Element 115, they head for the site of an ancient meteorite impact crater but their ship mysteriously runs aground. In the midst of a horrific snowstorm, our intrepid adventurers inadvertently unleash an unearthly horde of ravenous Zombies. From the island's deserted lighthouse to a shipwrecked ocean liner and a precarious zip-line in between, it's kill or be killed. And with shiploads of zombie Russian soldiers, scuba divers and sailors that rise out of the frozen ground and icy waters it's not going to be easy, especially considering the deadly surprise that one particular (and somewhat notable) Zombie has in mind.

Personally, if this be legit then it sounds epic!

Possibly a mini story mode with objectives?

And the inclusion of George A. Romero on the team aswell as credible actors( no mention of Buffy? ) means our beloved Nazi zombies have been commercialized to milk the zombie cow! But hey, it certainly sounds epic!

This should help us narrow down the location of the lighthouse...

So far I figure it is around the East Siberian Sea area, now all we have to do is find a lighthouse on an island in that area and we have our location for Call of the Dead...

Nice find by the way. [brains]

So far I've been coming up with Shalaurova island...

This part interests me the most, hopefully the zombie's big surprise isn't stealing people's guns and running away this time. Will be interesting to see who that notable zombie is and what it has got in store for us.

JK! But this does sound interesting! So I'm guessing we won't see British zombies? . . .

Oh well, lets hope for the best! The map looks great, even if it's just on image.

What if . . . there were some kind of monster that comes out the lake? :shock:

So who or what is this notable Zombie? Is he (I'm supposing it's a guy because none were ever female) related to the Zombies storyline already? Hmm . . . What if it's Yuri?

Possible location?

Abandoned atomic lighthouse north of Russia ( Serbia )

inside the Polar Circle. Long polar winters mean no daylight at all, just one day changes another without any sign of the Sun rising above the horizon. There is only polar night for 100 day a year

Sounds zombieish!
