Has anyone tried Gersch Devicing that thing with the lights?

I have tried throwing a Gersh Device at those lights (there are four lights) but nothing would happen but he would tell us we need more power or if you use too much power " system overload try again" their is a ball of light i think the ball goes somewhere but how do you move a ball of light? how do you move light in general?

..... A switch.... That's how you move light! You don't need to move the light, but maybe turn it off! Or increase it's output!
