Look at stamin-up around 3:17 , looks like a random perk machine because it has 1 of each of the emblems for the other perks, and he gets a PhD flopper icon from it also.

EDIT: Never mind looking at it again, it shows the yellow sprint icon on top, so im guessing its a stamina booster. I don't know what the 5 icons under it are though.
