I beleive the switch with the rocket sign on it, next to the power, turn on the launch sequence of the rocket, because shortly after he turns on the power the rocket lifts, probably allowing access to a new area of Acension. IDK just a geuss. :?:

Also the black hole the guy dives into is probably gonna act like a mobile teleportor back to the start, or like Five's teleporter howw its random each time. Also i think you only get 2 Black hole bombs.
