Unlikely. The "code" provided there is all commented out except for the one thread that watches for the generator. It's possible that they were planning for another power switch, and ended up scrapping the idea. It's also possible that the two switches mentioned are for power, but for the electric fences, as you need to hit one of two switches to activate them.

i believe there's only one switch in der riese, because of richtofen's quote, "there must a switch somewhere that powers EVERYTHING, we germans are very efficient"

What if the switch that powers EVERYTHING isn't the one we've been turning on all this time? Also, in the trailer, the OTHER generator WAS powerd up.

on that website, they're saying there's something hidden to the left of teleporter C.

everyone look at the der riese map, and look right under teleporter C above the atom with 935 on it.

you can see where the wall looks incomplete, but in the game it's just a wall.

it's not a window, cause the gap is bigger than other windows, so it's signifying a door.

makes sense if there's something in that building, but how do we get in?

exactly what he said, the "//" comments out the coding, and that means that that code isn't included in the game, therefore, those codes aren't included.

I am going to assume that the PC files don't have every easter egg or file that there really is in the game. To get the files, we have to download them, and put them in the COD directory. It is very likely that its only the files necessary for making a custom map, not every file of Der Riese. For example...where is the full DerRiese.map file? That is enough suspicion that Treyarch was crafty at hiding some files.

If Treyarch wasn't done with the map and left the extra staircase in near Juggernaut, why wouldn't they just update it with the correct outline of Der Riese? Because we haven't unlocked and discovered everything yet, Treyarch said it themselves.

These statements are false. You do not have to download the full mod tools to view Der Riese files. Many of them you can view in the IWD files in the /main folder, or you can use a utility to unpack the FF files related to Der Riese. That is, any with the prefix nazi_zombie_factory. The FF files are the ones that are loaded when you run the map itself, so everything other than sounds and perhaps textures must be there. No hidden files to speak of.

There is no "DerRiese.map" file. Perhaps you mean "nazi_zombie_factory.map" or something like that. The reason Treyarch wouldn't include the raw uncompiled map file in the mod tools would be to prevent numerous cheap knock-offs of the map from being released.

Why wouldn't Treyarch update the map to make it reflect what you actually see? They were lazy, forgot about it, didn't have the time to do it. Take your pick. In any case, there's obviously no extra staircase near juggernog.
