we havent played in the last week or so but I think its the calm before the storm as im sure when ZC drops we will be doing the EE's even though we dont need them. Really looking forward to 4 player verrukt, shi no numa and Moon as these are the maps I have played the least of :)

AFAIK there was no persistent reward for completing the trio of main EE maps from BO1, lighting the spires for either maxis or Richtofen gave a one of reward that you needed other people to activate. I think this time round is a step in the right direction. For those that enjoy playing zombies your setup became easier for every other game after.

The only alternative I could think off that is big enough would be access to the staffs but you would need to limit it to revelations and even then there would need to be a process in game to obtain as you couldn't start with it and therefore if you have to do a process anyway, defeats the object. hear what your saying though. I think if there had been a decent 10 minute cut scene filling in a lot of blanks story wise that would have been more than acceptable.

Understand where Aetherial is coming from, that doesn't effect me so much but understandable, especially at higher rounds. In terms of underwhelming reward I think it is well balanced. It makes setup (especially for EE's) that much easier moving forward with maximum point efficiency in the first rounds. I think maybe something cosmetic in game could be good like the 04/N4 character models but what other suggestions would you have that would not be over powered/game breaking?

Hoping the consoles benefit from this & get some new maps after DLC season completes. If not, no real interest unfortunately.

@Hells Warrrior Everyone swears by this 1 Vat master race, I burnt about 210 on the 1 VAT as Id heard such good things, was useless for me! got a couple perkaholics but lost more than i gained! since then ive gone back to 3 VAT and couldnt be happier! Generally speaking RNG is RNG, i will accept that you ultimately get more from the 1 VAT but if you cant stand missing even one perkaholic go 3 :)

Why am I only seeing this now! damn phone logged me out, hope it was successful. To be honest I have been re-consumed with the DE EE for the poxy gateworm, a few disconnects in the boss room but finally got it done. Its a long weekend in the UK this weekend, lets hook up for any map now i have my BO1 reinstalled.

I can do early morning, the kid upstairs in our new place has made sure of that! Let me know!

haha dave indeed there is, watching someone do the boss fight, solo, with no perks was quite humbling ;)

you'd be right for multi, however i was rocking solo the whole time, after doing cotd solo i had to do this. danger closest made the difference this time round :)

No dramas, was good to have the impromptu game on Saturday, was a good laugh. I've actually lost a more than a day of my life to this EE now, have to go in with danger closest or not at all as the panzers basically made me blind! will give it another shot tonight after taking the Mrs to see adelle >_<
