Wait!
How? Don't you need to turn on the power to buy perks?
when you put a full bucket into the power spot in either A or B facilities, the power is on for that side of the map.
there's two perk machines that you can access when half power is on, the one to the left of the blue 115 pool, (A)
and the one on the wall and up some stairs, behind facility B. (near the green 115 pool)
slice the webs and turn on the power for that side of the map to be able to use those two machines.
(they alternate between stamin-up, speed cola, and doubletap)

its just kinda unforgiving on solo. I've only played it 15 times maybe and here's what I noticed:
opening the bunker and facing a thrasher with no juggernog is tough sometimes, and having to swim and hold your breath while dodging a few zombies is also hard without juggernog yet.
the only thing that they helped out with is giving you a chance to get doubletap before all this.
I just need more practice.
-
Shield by round 3
Juggernog by the end of round 3 if I can get 2x points and no nuke
Doubletap by round 5
Packed weapon by round 8
Speed Cola around 9th
Stamin-Up next
first 2 Ragnarok parts obtained before round 12

Doesn't the waist area do more damage than the legs?
not sure, never bothered with the legs cuz theres a bigger chance you could miss a shot, wasting bullets.

I always assumed that'e how it worked, but I struggle to effectively line them up to do this
try ducking and shooting them in the waist/stomach.

since we're talking about maximizing points,
e.g: if you line up two zombies, and shoot one bullet, you will get 10 points per zombie, when the bullet hits the second zombie, its only half as powerful as it was when it went through the first zombie. (meaning you can hit the second zombie with some more bullets)
just a quick tip.

Yo! Stop making threads with misleading titles. You obviously didnt find fuck all.
Stop looking for attention and come back when you have real info, with pics and video.
-
so in the first video posted, its just a quick flash of a purple PaP, over and over. no explanation, nothing.
in the second video, (I assume its from the guy with the tutorial?) he's at round 7, and the PaP turns to purple at the start of round 8. not possible if his tutorial says 'have the ww'. also there's a shadow man quote that plays and its from the beginning of the game. none of this seems fishy to you?
in the thread linked, only two people say they can get quotes to happen, and it seems like its random as to when they happen.
i still say bullshit.
-
so far, I think its a troll. wouldn't be hard to add a purple transparent filter over parts of that game footage.
I am in a game right now with Meat Wagon at round 7 as well, and nothing happens when I shoot the Pack a Punch
please post his tutorial if possible. thanks.

pics or it didn't happen.

did they patch duplicating zombies with beast mode by zapping them? i cant ever get them to spawn more since the newest update.

that security guard deserves an oscar.

kudos to anyone who reads all of that.

This, is the very reason I began even thinking the "Gateworms" had any significance. I just thought it was kind of odd, Jackie V has a specific quote while placing them where he says, "You will tell me if I'm doing this wrong, won't you." Which lead me to believe that I was indeed doing something wrong.
Have you ever paid attention to the Fire surrounding the Gateworms, while placing them, how it appears "Purple" then once you complete the PaP Ritual, they are multi colored.
i'll check it out more closely next time i play, but i figured it was just an upgrade to the fire since we just created the pap.
-
i play solo and was always annoyed when the character made the same quote twice when placing the worms down, so I figured out if you do it counter clockwise from the right side of the room (place the right one first, wall run, place the next one closest to you, then the other one on the bridge, and the last one) the quotes will always come out different.
the yellow symbols on the wall that disappears I believe have an order, thats what lead me to trying the gate worms that way.
i do it every game now because it seems odd they would duplicate quotes, if not to tell you that something is out of whack.

i'm willing to bet that the bow is obtained by feeding the dragon(s)
..if this is anything like motd.

i believe that if a game company with this much experience creating zombies maps doesn't take the time to find these in testing, then its ok. if they later patch it, well then we all know what their official stance was. until then, play the game as they released it. if they didn't want something to affect gameplay drastically, they should've figured out a way around it before release, people tend to cry foul when you take things from them.
the ammo thing is whatever because treyarch either didn't think of the exploit themselves, (which I doubt) or they left it in on purpose to help.
-
i want to know why sometimes there isn't a quote when you pick it up for the first time. that might explain something.

i feel like this one of their decisions to 'throw us off' that kinda backfired.
like if they meant for the WW in SoE to only be upgradeable by getting something from another map or even from the LAST dlc map we get this season, it seems like they are saying, 'here's your reward for sticking with us, now go back and play a map you've already got tired of.'
i really hope this isn't the case, 'cuz once shadows of evil is old, I can't see many people going back later just to use an upgraded WW.
starting to think this is the EE blundell said we would never find.
-
don't we see zombie richtofen when we do the jump scare in shadows of evil? pretty sure we do.

You've got to find the Cocoon & place it in one of these locations. They aren't just going to appear their.
Somewhere in the Coding states, "Investigate....Hold (action button) to pick up Cocoon". Further down the line it reads, "Hold (action button) to place Cocoon". Finally it says something along the lines of, "Investigate....Hold (action button) to open Cocoon".
ok thanks, I haven't read much about them yet, does anyone know when they appear in the game first?
2nd question: do you guys just start a game and do everything possible, and then look for EE steps or cocoons, etc?...i always exhaust every thing else before looking, usually around round 25. that way, if there is a step that needs to be done first, it will most likely be done at that point., everything but killing the shadow man (solo), still haven't done that every game. do you guys kill him each time before looking more?

cool thank you. i will use this next time i have a look.
-
is there a thread containing the cocoon locations? i feel like this should be talked about more.
i was just in my best game ever and I looked for the one from the pic under the ruby rabbit sign, but it wasn't there. had a look for more but no luck.

I just get right up in a Zombies face before I use then melee button, to the point I'm practically kissing the Bastard. Then it'll go down, 9/9, 8/8, etc.. etc..
As far as the Cocoons go, here is an image of them. Mind you these were force spawned into the game, by altering the Coding. Not from me someone else.
thanks for the pic.
Anyone else... Not impressed?

i was referring to when you're trapped in and have to kill a bunch to get the power on, without having juggernog.
but whatever, i agree the shield is a must, its more a balance of not going too high in rounds before going for the power swim.
