  1. Jolt, I was a member, but unfortunately my account was linked to a work email and I have since left that job!! Good to be back though!! Hahahaha yes I remember, you were an active member -Jolteon
  2. Letters from the Field. Look it up, get hyped, and get involved. We want you back Alpha. -Jolteon
  3. Something seems familiar here... -Jolteon
  4. The image could also be used for the CoDz YT avatar, and I would be happy to put together a shout-out for the winner to go on the CoDz YT. -Jolteon
  5. Thanks Paolo and Dan, it's awesome to be here And thanks to Nick for having the trust in myself and Grill to make us the glorious green -Jolteon
  6. Seriously guys; stop. If you want to talk about the theory, by all means go ahead. But leave any discussion of PTG out of it. It has no place here at CODZ FORUM. -Jolteon
  7. Because PTG have someone from inside Treyarch telling them everything. Without that person though they would still be imbeciles they once were when it came to zombies and predicting every single thing wrong. PTG also feels the need to have first bragging rights on every single thing because they're elitists and it makes them feel like they do something worthwhile. Can we refrain from talking about PTG here? This is CoDz. We have no interest in what goes on at PTG. Just don't talk about them at all. -Jolteon
  8. Well, I'm man enough to admit that I was indeed wrong. Well done to the dude that got Step 5 first. -Jolteon
  9. I'm sorry but I gotta question the legitimacy of this. Why can you do this, and seemingly one other guy who happened to have his first post agreeing with you, when the very best in the world can't? I'd like to believe someone has solved it; but something seems very wrong. Provide me with video evidence and I will believe you. -Jolteon
  10. I've been trying to whip one up myself but time constraints have made it difficult. If you guys want to work on it then go ahead! We could even make two; one describing the details of the Olympics and advertising the registrations and stuff (this is what I have been working on) and one that is more of a trailer for it to be released the day before the start of the tournament. Nope. No age restrictions. So far we've only had people aged 17 plus, but that's just coincidence rather than any limitations Thanks for showing such enthusiasm guys! Caffiene, if you look in the YouTube thread in the Member Lounge there's a big list of stuff that needs to be done. The only things we don't need covered are one/two player strategies on MotD and anything Turned related since Rissole has pretty much covered that. I really want you in on this because of your immense enthusiasm, so pick whatever you want from that list, maybe choose a couple of things, and show the CoDz community what you're made of Don't worry guys, things will pick up a little when the summer hits; and especially when the next two DLC's drop. We started in between DLC's because it gave us time to get everything sorted but it also meant content would be slow. Once the next DLC hits I'm sure people will want to get their creative juices flowing. -Jolteon
  11. In terms of set-up of the channel we are ok; but we need more content! A community channel is nothing if the community don't give us content! If you have any content that fits the bill, then I'd love to see it -Jolteon
  12. We're working on linking the Olympics and the YouTube channel with each other, don't you worry. We've also recently uploaded a new stratergy from Way2g00 and will have a Turned guide from Rissole within the next few days. That's what I can tell you from the top of my head =Jolteon
  13. Just a note; the Eiffel Tower used to fly a French flag in its early years. Could still be the Eiffel Tower. It's also worth noting that during WW2, when Paris was under Nazi control, the Nazis flew a Swastika from the Eiffel Tower as a way to show off their dominance in the French capital. -Jolteon
  14. This one makes the most sense. Think about it. The towers are a central part of the easter egg, in tranzit, that are being used to power something. We have already been to the moon, a repeat would be criticized by the general COD population as a repeat and not very innovative. There have been hints on there being somesort of catacomb/Paris map for 2 years. My bet is on Paris The catacombs under Paris is a huge possibility. But I want to be outside too and not be underground the whole time. Here's a cool video I saw quite a while ago http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z1ijNfufp3s I knew that would be MrRoflWaffles video before I even clicked the link. If you rewatch the beginning, you'll see that his theory is almost completely based from somebody elses... That somebody else being me I'm not sure where my Catacombs theory has gone, but it was on the Forums once. It was lost when the Asylum disappeared. It's my proudest achievement in my (nearly) 3 years on these forums; and myself and MrRoflWaffles have become great friends thanks to the Catacombs theories -Jolteon
  15. Well... I'll give two lists. The first is a bit of a cop-out... 5. Five 4. Town Survival 3. Farm Survival 2. Bus Depot Survival 1. Green Run TranZit I don't like anything about Green Run or the survival maps. They all just bore me. BUT, if I were to group it all into Green Run as number one... Then it would get tough. The only map other than the Green Run monstrosity I dislike is Five. I love the visuals and the design behind the map... I just don't like anything else So the less cop-out list.. Again, I actually like the first three, I only dislike Green Run and Five. 5. Nacht Der Untoten (I love the map, it's just not as fun) 4. Shangri La (Bad memories, that is all ) 3. Nuketown (Disappointing, fun, but lacked that something special) 2. Five (Don't like it. Just... Urgh...) 1. Green Run (Burn it until it dies.) -Jolteon
  16. Paris. I'm not giving up on it. Treyarch got a fair way through the planning stages of Paris, to the point that they had even begun making parts of the map. Think about it, they've had TWO YEARS to make this map the best map ever made; plus the Eiffel Tower as the final tower to power up for the Easter Egg? Yes please. It's gonna happen, you watch -Jolteon
  17. My apologies for the double post, but I've been working my own magic on the image. The first is an illustration of what I am seeing in the image, or what I consider primary points: Ok, stuff to talk about here. I have outlined what I believe to be a gun that the individual is holding. I have labelled various talking points: 1. I've labelled where I believe his right hand to be. Effectively it is holding the gun up, perhaps reaching as far as the stock of the gun, just like any individual would when holding a gun. 2. The left hand is under the muzzle. The hand is creating the odd lighting just under what I have labelled as the muzzle of the gun. It's an odd assumption, but makes sense to me. 3. The third thing I have labelled is the butt of the gun. I label this specifically because I see a striking resemblance between the butt of this gun, and the butt of another gun that many of us know all too well; the Thompson sub machine gun from WaW. Take a look: (NOTE: You'll have to open the image to get the full picture) Another thing to note here, is the fact the both the Thompson and the gun I have outlined in the image have that long stock; however this is a common feature on a large number of guns so I didn't make a specific point of outlining the similarities in the image. So that's my thoughts. Below is a second picture where I have attempted a few different methods of wizardry to attempt to creat a clearer image for us to look at. It's not brilliant, but it gives us yet another perspective. Thanks, -Jolteon
  18. That previous picture has helped a bit. Although I disagree with the running away part. HOWEVER, I believe he is holding some sort of rifle in his hands; the shadow being cast across coming from said rifle. Hell, looking at what I consider the butt of the gun, it looks slightly Thompson-esque... Just what I'm seeing. -Jolteon

  20. *Mention of potential Paris map* *Wild Jolteon appeared* Catacombs ladies and gentlemen. *Wild Jolteon fled* -Jolteon
  21. I want my Scoped Kar-98k cabinet back I bought that gun every time I played on Nacht Other than my baby, I'd love to see the Skorpion Evo... One of my favourite MP guns. Plus I want to see some of the WaW guns return. The Thompson... PPSH... MG42... Browning... And for some real retro hopes... Type 99 anyone? -Jolteon
  22. Hacking and glitching will always occur. I do not see how removing a feature many people seem to truly miss helps the community. I now consistently submit player reviews for good and bad reasons. For the bad ones it is usually for leaving early. And the thing I enjoy the most is that I will never have to play with them again. Also the hope is that posting here might cause someone with clout to see it. And it at least allows them to possibly see and receive some input. When a Public lobby usually must have 4 players. And I may invite 3 other people to play in this lobby with me. And we can then load up a map to play. This means any glitchers can do the same. Eliminating our ability to play with only 1 or 2 other players is not eliminating cheating. It is eliminating our ability to truly enjoy the game. It is infinitely easier to hack a private lobby. For one thing you don't have to worry about other players etc. and for another you can run the show exactly how you want, without anyone watching in on you. Treyarch can monitor public lobbies; if they get any suspicions of a public lobby being hacked, they can check it out, and then deal with the perpetrator. People frequently and consistently complained about how the Black Ops leaderboards were hacked and nobodies high round were counting for anything, because so many people had hacked the game. Treyarch DID listen to the community; they made it far more difficult to hack the leaderboards, and they've bee pretty damn successful at it. The fact is, Treyarch did what they could to appease the community, but the community will always find a way to bitch about something that's wrong with the game. Treyarch are most likely never going to add a private match feature simply because it would be incredibly difficult to implement it, as well as be able to keep all of the hackers at bay, which, ultimately, is the far more pressing issue. -Jolteon
  23. From what I have been made aware of, they removed the private match feature because the leaderboards were being hacked or glitched on a regular basis, all of which was being done in Private lobbies. By only having public games counting, Treyarch will be hoping that any hackers/glitchers will be reported by the other people in the game. It is all about security and trying to keep the streets clean. As much as I love he private match features and would love to see it back; it is for the better of the community that Treyarch have removed it. -Jolteon
  24. Welcome friend -Jolteon
