Will Sledgehammer's next Zombies be Exo Zombies?

ID: 1   Posted (edited)

With the next Call of Duty iteration by Sledgehammer Games possibly taking a step away from the "futuristic era", could this mean that Exo Zombies could be cancelled and their next "Zombies" could be in a different direction than Exo Zombies?

I have heard rumors of Sledgehammers next game not being futuristic. I remember they were originally making a Call of Duty: Vietnam that never became anything, perhaps they are picking that back up? Regardless of the timeline though, it may or may not affect Exo-Zombies at all. BO3 was 2060's-2070's, but it's zombies were 1945. BO2's was 2025/1980, but it's zombie maps were all over the place, with Origins being 1918. So they may keep the zombies futuristic even if the game is in the past.

I think their zombies will follow suit to their game. I don't think it will be future so hopefully we will get some gritty fresh zombies experience
