Trailer BREAKDOWN:

Recommended Posts

0:03: Division 9 logo.

0:15: Quick flash of 4 pillars, two of which clearly have different colored familiar symbols on them.  This is evidence both that the wonderweapon will be either collected or upgraded by doing steps, and that there's either two different weapons, or two different upgrades, possibly 4.

0:16: Men with tentacle-root-things in testing chambers. Ewwwww... Appears Div. 9 has been experimenting with plant and human genetic mutations.

0:17: Beneath the shadow of an evil... Reference? Or clue...

0:26: Massive roots, and HP-40 gun. Or it could be the MX Garand.

0:27: Roots or foliage appear to move out of the way. Also what appears to be a shiva wall buy in the back.

0:30: Bowie wall buy, and some kind of electric trap above the characters.

0:34: Cocoon step confirmed?!? On a serious note, there are cocoons.

0:35: Big gross bulb plant rises out of ground. Not sure if trap, soul box, or some other purpose...

0:44 carpenter and HG-40 confirmed.

0:46: A big mantis-like claw kebabs a zombie. Possible soul chest? Also there's a sign that says "6" on there too. Is it a location? Or possibly are we getting generators back.

0:53: Apparently the plane crashing down is an in-game event. No it is not the MOTD plane.

0:54 MASSIVE plane propellers suspended by wires above paths that can be activated. Flogger 2.0? Who set this up as well?

1:03: Both a monkey, AND a map is seen here.

1:05: Big fiery blast of some sorts. Is it a trap? Or the Boss?

1:06 A slide of green...

1:07; A pressurized tube that leads into water that flings out out onto land.

1:11: Juggernog.

1:12: DUEL WIELD MARSHAL 16s! Woah!

1:14: NEW DROP. We see the death machine, then what appears to be some kind of Durian drop. It's blue and looks like a Durian... Could this feed a plant similar to the trams in Der Eisendrache?

Durian_Fruit_1024x1024.jpg?v=1441158217

1:15: BIG OLE SUCTION TUNNEL OF DEATH! (In reality we have to realize this is just a bigger jet gun, but still. )

1:19: Little sister nightmare fuel. AKA spiders. SIZE OF HELLHOUNDS. May or may not shoot webs at you like paracites shoot acid. Could this be where you get widdows wine from?

1:20: Widdows wine EFFECT confirmed (don't know if from spiders, or from Widow's wine) On that note; How cool would it be to have a group of spiders running at you and zombies, then you shoot a spider, it explodes into web, and the zombies all just grind to a halt? Like nova-crawlers but USEFUL.

1:21: DUH DUH DUH DAH! SWIMMING UNDER WATER WITH ZOMBIES. The path looks narrow and awkward to traverse. Much like how I like my women.

1:23: Zombies appear to walk along the bottom of the water as if they were in the anti-grav room in Der Eisendrache. It's uncertain if we'll see a wide open area with water. But this is still pretty freaking cool.

1:26: Vine-infected zombie glows orange.... Why?

1:27: I'll tell you why. Because that zombie just got ATE by the plant underneath it that spawned in a BIG ASS FUCKING ENT BOSS. (I'm calling it an ENT from Lord of the Rings, try to stop me. )

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And that's the base of the trailer. Here are some things I did NOT notice:

-Wonderfizz machines are no-where in site. I'm OK with this, we have the mod tools for it from DE. Then again, maybe I just missed it, or there's only one. I didn't see any perk machines either besides jug as well, so there's that.

-No expansive underwater sections. I figured it'd be too much to ask for a wide area of swiming fun. But I'm OK with what we know we have.

-I didn't see any wonder weapons in the trailer. No specialist, or regular wonder weapons at all, the only clue we have are those 4 pillars early on in the trailer.

---------------------------------------------------

One more thing I'd like to talk about is the plant zombie near the end, not the full grown ENT yet, but the regular zombie. I wonder if we're going to get this new type of zombie, about as rare as a screecher or napalm zombie, that if he gets to a particular part of the map, becomes an ent zombie?

If that's the case,  I can see the acheivement now; 5gs: OH NO YOU DON'T: In Zetsubou no shima, kill a planter zombie before it becomes an ENT.

The next thing to discuss is that, unlike the zombies, ENTs have RED eyes. Just food for thought.

@Nightmare Voyager I still think it's a Durian, if you pause it, it's got a low-hanging-fruit look to it. If it were a pufferfish, why would it be a pufferfish? Surely it would relate more to harming zombies who touch you, possibly blasting them out of the way of doors underwater. A durian would be a fruit which could be brought to a plant somewhere on the island or something, so I see it could be either one.

@Doctor Richtofen Yup, that's the MX Garand.100%

The idea about the Pufferfish thing you had sounded better than that Durian thing to be honest.
