Die rise loading screen corner

Recommended Posts

So now that we know that the next map is in a prison, what do you think it is we can see in the corner of the loading screen?

Personnally I think it's a mechanism to open/close all celldoors at the same time so it might have something to do with the purgatory

Perhaps you get stuck in your prison cell while waiting

i think everyone is thinking waaaaay to outside the box ...

remember the new characters are actors my guess is they were filming a 1930s era film and were set upon by the undead. the thing in the corner of the DIE RISE loading screen is nothing more than a film reel that has fallen on the floor.

If they were actors filming a movie, Treyarch would have said that in the description like they did with Call of the Dead. Treyarch flat out said this is set during the prohibition era.

Definitely doesnt look like a film reel to me.

The wheel looks like it's attached to the rest of the mechanism so it can't really be on the floor

They mentioned the prohibition era when talking about the time setting. They never actually said "the events of this map occur during the prohibition era." so this is not necessarily true. I personally think it seems likely that they could be actors in a present time period map. All of the stuff that seems old are just props and stuff.

For instance, the mini Uzi is present, even though that is a very modern weapon. However the tommy is also present, but since they are portraying mobsters it makes perfect sense.

Doesn't the presence of a prop tommygun seem more likely than the mini Uzi traveling back in time?
