I was wondering if it was possible to get the six perks by a round restarting. Say, if your the last person alive and have tombstone and three other perks, then you die, does your tombstone stay even though you didn't die the typical death or a tombstone death?

There is no Tombstone perk machine in Grief Mode. If there were, it would be located in Town.
