Global positioning navigation error

I ran the sound file through what is called a "spectrograph". What this does is creates a visual picture from the sound waves. Usually, you're just going to get a bunch of wavy lines. This file creates an actual image (as I suspected);

What does it mean? No clue.

that matches, the bus driver says global positioning error at the diner, there must be something there! or maybe it needs to come down?

Megatron how difficult would you say would it be to create that file? I think we can rule out trolls at thus point, heres our hint. Amazing work btw

Not necessarily difficult with the right tools, but would take a bit of know-how. Let me just say... if this is a troll it's not your average "Romero The Zombie" type troll. It's definitely someone that knows his stuff and has at least a bit of tech background. I'm leaning towards it being legit... and I'm a REALLY skeptical person when it comes to this stuff.

"Some things need to come down, before others go up."

Is being cited under the music file, maybe we have to take down that tower/sign somehow.

Mentioned is that on the other side it's cited: on4u.

"In plain sight, but out of mind, without me, you would be blind."

"Sometimes the largest objects hold the most significance, the end result, may be magnificent. The next step is not too far, looking in the wrong way is what you are."

Without light you would be blind. There's a giant light-up arrow in plain sight on that sign. Pointing the "way" perhaps? Does it point to the roof, I think? Not sure. But I really do need sleep. Good luck, hopefully you guys can figure it out.

Edit; One more thing.... spectrographs can get really accurate. A techno artist called "Aphex Twin" once hid a spectrograph image of his own screaming face in one of his songs. If the person wanted to, they could have easily just put the text on there. So the shape of the rest may be relevant. Or maybe not... but keep it in mind.

...And just a small note that is probably nothing. The Sun exhibits Ultra Violet rays, well the PaP Five-Seven is called Ultra and Violet.

i find this interesting as hell now that you mention it

clutching at straws here, but arent the clocks in the bus depot at 7:50 and 5:10?

five- seven....

I don't want to send anyone down the wrong path.

'The Fall of Icarus'

Go one step further into 'Icarus' & you get 'Project Icarus'

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_Icarus_(photography)

The first "Project Icarus" was conducted in the spring of 1967. It was an assignment by Professor Paul Sandorff for a group of MIT graduate students to design a way to deflect an Apollo asteroid, 1566 Icarus, found to be on a collision course with planet Earth, using rockets.

This later served as the basis for the 1979 film Meteor.

1566 Icarus

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1566_Icarus

1566 Icarus ( /ˈɪkərəs/ ik-ə-rəs) is an Apollo asteroid (a sub-class of near-Earth asteroid) that at perihelion comes closer to the Sun than Mercury, i.e. it is a Mercury-crossing asteroid. It is also a Venus and Mars-crosser. It is named after Icarus of Greek mythology, who flew too close to the Sun. It was discovered in 1949 by Walter Baade.

Icarus makes a close approach to Earth at gaps of 9, 19, or 38 years. Rarely, it comes as close as 6.4 Gm (16 lunar distances and 4 million miles), as it did on June 14, 1968. During this approach, Icarus became the first minor planet to be observed using radar, with measurements being performed from the Goldstone Tracking Station. As of 2012, the last close approach was in 1996, at 15.1 Gm, almost 40 times as far as the Moon. The next close approach will be June 16, 2015, at 8.1 Gm (5 million miles).

So Icarus is an Asteroid Belt, where have we seen an asteroid belt?

And Project Icarus was a project to 'Shoot Down' the asteroid with a Nuclear Weapon.

PE2HR? I've got no idea how this relates apart from the Sign at the Diner.

Maybe get up on top of the Diner Roof & shoot at the sign?

This maybe way off & I hope we are not being Trolled? Well 3arc are always trolling us anyway.

"PE2HR" is exactly what the sign says whem the lights flicker. so its an obvious nudge towards the diner.

To be fair, there are parts and things related to the Easter egg pretty much everywhere else. Bus depot(navcard, meteorite) tunnel (jet gun part) farm (tvs) power station (jet gun part, table) town is where you build the jet gun. And obv Faux-Nacht, Bowie hut and Tower.

I've not got very far into the Easter egg yet so I may be wrong, but when I think about parts and stuff related to the EE the only place I don't think of is the Diner. And the roof makes me suspicious.

Granted the galvaknuckles are up there, but is that the ONLY reason to go up there? Surely not. I think a thorough search of the diner needs to be conducted. I've gone prone and looked under cars and in the booths in the diner for things but no joy so far.

My thinking is, in order for the writing to even show up to pick up the meteorite, you must crouch, so there may be a part somewhere that you need to lie down next to for the "press X to take part" to show up.

Yo I was on Survival when I did it but I PaP'd the MTAR like 4 or 5 times and got a different scope every time. I'm not big on MP but I got what I think y'all are calling the Millimeter scope the 3rd time, the Target Finder the 4th time and I'm pretty sure something else the 5th. If I could find SOMEONE to help me do the ToB, I would go to the roof of the diner and look towards the moon with these different scopes, as I tend to think the poem leads to the Diner, especially the 'derailed' part since the regular route is blocked and you end up at the Diner. And the spectrograph, possibly even the whatever-gram that changes the letters to 'EMP 24 HOUR'. Someone get the MTAR and try this, or help me do the ToB and I will.

What if the light beams are meant to be hands of a clock. Stepping back and looking at the bigger picture from afar.

If you were to look at Green Run in an over view like from an airplane. Maybe the beams can be viewed as the hands of a clock. Need an overview picture done and then plot where each orb is found and each beam to see if there are any patterns. (example, the blue and white lights always show up around the laundry door, this is static, meaning looking at the from the sky would possibly make more sense. Problem is we can't get up there to check)

Any ideas?

Crazy Idea, but has anyone REVERSED the Sound Then use the Specto-thingy? Would it create a image?
