They didn't mod, they can put a gun in your hands. They made a gun called BRAAAAAINS and used it for the trailer.

This is like call of the dead where they had the double shotguns, and all those special knifes in the trailer. Nothing big here, but it could appear as something big.

My main point; They can add new guns, this is a new gun they added, then deleted. .

They didn't actually take this out. And it can only be obtained through modding. Pretty much, this is just to add to the theatrics of zombies.
