I recently seen a documentary about telepathy, how the US trained soldiers to bend spoons at the begining then used the top of the class. They gave him co-ordiantes of what they picked up on recon as just a new grey warehouse, now bare in mind, they only gave him co-ordinates, nothing else. He then concentrated and stated he saw a new breed of submarine, he desribed the warhouse in great detail, also how big the sub was. I'm not entirly sure of what year this was in, but i'm pretty sure it was around the cold-war era.

Well in some of the video interviews with treyarch if you look at some of the wallpapers in the back you can see some photographs and blueprints of submarines. it looks like that may be an important part of the black ops story.
