I need some help with the homepage

I need some help, and whoever helps me will get 2,000 brains.

I am looking for a Joomla 1.5 module to showcase articles on the homepage.

These are the 2 modules I have but cannot get to work properly.

- Rokstories

- LOFarticleslideshow

So if someone can either get these to work on a site they made of their own and can share the preferences used, or if someone can find me another module to use (and I get it to work here on the CoDz homepage) you will get 2,000 brains.

How do you want it? Like a little side-bar with "Featured Articles" links, or a full article editor?
