The most logcial reason that PHD isn't in Die Rise.

Hi y'all. Maybe whence the next DLC drops, this map will expand or have a new game mode? I don't think Treyarch is done adding little game modes and such to the previous maps with each new DLC. I feel they want to enable playability through the Infinity Ward cycle of COD, so maybe, just maybe, they are whetting our appetite, as well as getting people to credit and discount the theory, to keep us interested in zombies. -
First off, I am a complete noob here, so don't judge me too harshly for this post. Now, to business. My theory with the Nav Cards also goes hand in hand with what we know from the tranZit game mode on Green Run. In particlar, the ability for the game to save certain data. This is shown by the ability to save money in the bank, store weapon in the fridge, table stays built in the corn maze, etc. If you look into this theory a little deeper, the game manages to keep track of multiple transactions at the bank (taking money out and putting in multiple times each game) as well as remembering exactly the gun you placed in the fridge (upgraded or not, ammo count, etc). To tie this into the over arching Easter Egg story line, as well as the two paths to take in the tranZit EE, maybe which one you completed while possessing the Nav Card matters. In theory, maybe you do have to choose a side and the Nav Cards record this fact. As many of you probably know by now, there is a second Nav Card on the Die Rise map. The one I found was located more or less directly underneath the starting room, in what appeared to be a broken jewelry display. Also, the Nav Card from tranZit can be placed into the buildable workbench on the "Dragon Roof" After the Nav Card is placed in, nothing happens. This has led many people to theorize that every Nav Card will then work on the subsequent level until the penultimate zombie map for BLOPS2. In closing, I think there may be something more subtle at work here: While in possession of the Nav Card, the game records which easter egg you completed (could be which one was completed first or the most recent completion) and this would continue through each new zombies level, slightly altering the transmissions or easter egg contents. I could have gone into a lot more detail, but I just though that maybe that would be limiting or detrimental to zombie enthusiasts (just think how long it took people to figure out the ranking system) and would take FOREVER to figure out. I also just thought maybe the COLORS mean something. tranZit had a grey Nav Card, and was able to be inserted on Die Rise. Just posturing, but skyscrapers=steel/concrete=grey (i know its a stretch) and maybe the white Nav Card for this level will be incorporated on a level that has to do with white (Russia=snow=Nikolai) I just re read this and it seems all rushed and disordered I just had so many ideas at once.
