Reality itself is shifting I could not refuse Time itself was unraveling Knock at the door You swore a promise to me
  6. After the cutscene, you will have to fight Orda in the Courtyard area. Coming to close to it could result in an instant death. Keep at a distance while damaging it, and take advantage of a weak spot in its face when it lights up. After killing it, the final cutscene will begin to play and the quest is complete.
  7. After this step, you will be locked into the boss fight. On the next round, you will be able to interact with a screen in the Planning Offices. You will be able to move a cursor over satellites, which reveals information about them. Find the one that does not show a Soviet or American flag, but instead a question mark. Select this one, and a laser will fire from space, hitting the satellite. Infinite zombies will soon spawn, so you must head to the anomaly, and a cutscene will begin to play.
  8. Three Aetherium Containers need to be found and placed in the Aetherium Generators you activated to turn on the power. First, acquire a shovel from the left bunker in the Scorched Defense Area. One container is acquired by digging it up from the Jungle Defense Area. Go to the second enemy attack point in Jungle Defense from the left, and search for a spot where you can dig. Once you do, the area around you will have a gas that kills you if you stay in it too long, and you are trapped in a small bubble around the container. You must fight waves of enemies including hellhounds and manglers. After surviving the attack, you can pick up the container. One container is acquired by digging it up in the area between the Helipad and Planning Offices, in a corner by a window. After digging it up, a multitude of aetherium containers will spawn outside, in engineering, and in the planning offices. All but one will have a black mist inside along with white. Find the "pure" container with no hint of black, and interact with it to pick it up. One container is acquired by digging it up next to the Field Hospital, underneath the stairs leading to the Data Center. After spawning it in, it will teleport to a random point in the area. Getting too close will cause it to move again. You must use the alternate fire on the Rai-K to prevent it from moving, and quickly pick it up while the effect is happening. Place all three containers in all three generators around the map, then return to the OPC to watch the anomaly again. It will still fail, and a brief conversation will play out.

    Failure

After collecting the correct three memories, grab a floppy disk that ejects from the Memory Transference Station. With the floppy, head to the Planning Offices above Engineering and insert the floppy disk into a computer to the right of the box spawn, against the wall. This will unlock the door to the OPC. Go up to the OPC and watch the anomaly open. It will fail to stay open, and you must return to Dr. Peck. Interact with him and he will eventually shutter the window. Ravenov will then give you access to a locker to the left of Peck's window. Open this locker to acquire the Aethermeter from inside.
  10. Upstairs in the data center, there is a Memory Transference Station. Interact with it and you will be able to pick up one of four Essence Traps. To use an essence trap, throw it down in the same way you would C4, and once an enemy walks over it, you can attempt to capture them by double-tapping the interact button. Enemies must be at a very low level of health to be captured, and after capture, you will have a limited time to insert them into the Memory Transference Station before the trap is destroyed. You will need to capture three specific Mimics on the map that will give the correct memories. These Mimics must spawn from fake loot on the ground, and typically spawn in Dr. Peck's quarters near spawn, outside the weapons lab and garage, and above Mission Control. You will know you have captured the correct Mimic when Weaver tells you you have the done so after inserting the trap into the Memory Station. Note: Only one correct Mimic will spawn per round.
  11. You will need to acquire three vials found in locked cabinets around the map. You will simply interact with them to open them, and pick up the item inside. One is in a storage room near spawn, to the right of Quick Revive and to the right of the staircase. One is in the Colonel's Office above Juggernog. One is in Engineering. After entering the area to the left of the Helipad, go to the lower level of Engineering, near a generator to find the cabinet. After acquiring all three vials, interact with a mixing device on a table in the Field Hospital, against the wall facing spawn. After interacting with the device, many Hellhounds will spawn during the mixing process. After completion, pick up the truth serum from the table. You then need to locate an air conditioner outside of Military Command. Head outside and look directly at the OPC, and jump off of the railing to the left to find the air conditioner in a corner. Interact with it to start pumping truth serum into Dr. Peck's room. Then interact with Peck, and a long conversation will begin and end with him starting to dance. After he has been dancing for a while, interact with him again and he will tell you to head to the Data Center.
  12. Visit Military Command, and on the lower floor in a corner, a window should now be open revealing Dr. Peck. Interact with him, and after a short conversation, return to the spawn room and interact with Ravenov. Ravenov will then give you his ID card through a drawer in the wall. Pick this up.
  13. Three Aetherium Generators need to be activated and defended around the map to turn on the power. One is in the Data Center, another is in Mission Control, and another is in Military Command.
  14. I took a month off for a variety of reasons but I have started working on Book 2 again. In the meantime, though, I did curate a soundtrack for Book 1. Link to the Youtube playlist. It has tracks that fit well with the individual chapters or inspired them when I was writing. All 47 tracks correspond to a chapter in order, including the prologue and epilogue.

Documents "Endstation Approval Letter" (Dropped from Megatons) - A letter from Uranverein Director Doctor Kurt Diebner, announcing that Projekt Endstation has been approved for funding as part of the Reich Atomic Program. Construction is to begin immediately. "D.I.E. Blueprint" (Dropped from Megatons) - The blueprint of the Decompressive Isotopic Estrangement device. The device collects hazardous materials, including Exo-Element 1, and, when at capacity, releases a devastating concussive blast. "Spacetime Breach Sketch" (Dropped from Megatons) - A hurried sketch of Projekt Endstation's dimensional breach, drawn by a research assistant. "Der Wechsler Blueprint" (Dropped from Megatons) - The blueprint of Der Wechsler. One of Doctor Vogel's pet projects. Der Wechsler was a decontamination chamber designed to restore the brain functionality of those infected by Exo-Element 1. "V Cipher #1" (Dropped from Megatons) - Recovered Projekt Endstation Cipher. Decryption is required. (Solved here) "V Cipher #2" (Dropped from Megatons) - Recovered Projekt Endstation Cipher. Decryption is required. (Solved here) Radio Transmissions "Officer Weaver" (On the table to the left of the Nacht wall leading to Pond) - Officer Weaver, the head of Requiem's Field Operations Division, briefs his strike team about the state of the world, and their role in the CIA's newest department. "Doctor Grey" (On the table to the left of the Nacht wall leading to Pond) - Doctor Elizabeth Grey, the head of Requiem's Unnatural Sciences Division, introduces herself to the strike team. "Dimension of Death" (On the table to the left of the Nacht wall leading to Pond) - Doctor Grey discusses the Dark Aether and what it may offer humanity. "Doctor Strauss" (On the table to the left of the Nacht wall leading to Pond) - Doctor Oskar Strauss, the head of Requiem's Energy Research Division, introduces himself to the strike team. "Aetherium" (On the table to the left of the Nacht wall leading to Pond) - Doctor Strauss muses on the scientific potential of the newly discovered element. "Major Carver" (On the table to the left of the Nacht wall leading to Pond) - Major Mackenzie Carver, the head of Requiem's Containment and Security Division, introduces himself to the strike team. "New Arms Race" (On the table to the left of the Nacht wall leading to Pond) - Major Carver considers the possibility of weaponizing the Dark Aether's technologies. Artifacts "D.I.E. Remote Control" (Kill a megaton and its bombers, the last will drop a keycard. Take it to the Weapons Lab and interact with a drawer) - The D.I.E. Remote can locate and remotely activate the D.I.E. device. Be advised: do not activate with the D.I.E. device aimed in your direction. "D.I.E. Machine" (Acquire from the mystery box or by the D.I.E. side quest) - The Decompressive Isotopic Estrangement Machine was initially designed to be an Exo-Element 1 collector, but an incident led to a design change. During an outdoor test, an assistant accidentally ejected a full capacitor all at once, triggering a shockwave blast that destroyed a military transport and Doctor Vogel's personal automobile. Projekt Endstation saw the device's full potential as a wonder weapon - and the assistant saw the full potential of a firing squad. "Aetherscope" (Find the three parts in the Dark Aether and build below PaP) - The Aetherscope is a portable scanner designed for studying the Dark Aether. The device is capable of uncovering strange phenomena, including Spectral Reflections of past events reoccurring outside spacetime parameters. "Doctor Vogel's Diary" (Found in the password step of the EE) - Doctor Vogel's Diary, containing many untold secrets of Projekt Endstation -- including the password to the Der Wechsler Command Console. "Decontamination Agent" (Found after the tank step in the EE) - The Decontamination Agent, a component for Der Wechsler made of gold, was thought to have been lost when it was stolen in 1945. However, it was recovered nearly forty years later when it was found in a tree near the facility - apparently, the thieves forgot where they'd hidden it. Season 1 Audio Logs "Exo-Element 1" (In Med Bay on table opposite the computer) - Doctor Vogel discovers an element from the Dark Aether as the source of his men's transformation. It is classified as Exo-Element 1. Documents "Doctor Vogel Entry 203" (Dropped from Megatons) - An entry torn from Doctor Vogel's Personal Diary, chronicling the Incident and its aftermath. Uranverein has taken great interest in Projekt Endstation's discovery.
  23. All of Book 1 and the progress I've made on Book 2 is now available through the site through this link: https://www.callofdutyzombies.com/story/home/ It should be compatible with PC and Mobile, and will be much easier to load and read than through the Google Doc. I'll continue trying to update both sources in the future.
  24. Just wanna say before anyone starts reading Book 2, please know that there are certain plot threads that will be spoiled somewhat from Book 1 that I have added, so I recommend for the best experience reading Book 1 through first. Thanks!
