  1. Why 3 players in that room? My strategy puts 2 in that room, 1 on the Stage, and 1 making loops going counterclockwise from lobby to upstairs to MP40 room to dressing room to stage to theater and continuing. I posted my strategy which is very similar to yours but I don't like 3 people in that room because the hoard would overwhelm 3 people pretty consistently, but with only 2 it's reasonable
  2. Kino Der Toten Strategy Manifesto – 4 Players Start out each player taking a window (obviously). Round 1: 5 shots and knife. Round 2: 8 shots and knife. Round 3: 12 shots and knife. Round 4: 16 shots and knife. Round 5 (if not a dog round): kill as fast as possible until overrun, then run to the Foyer (MP40 room) and finish them off with the MP40. Unless overrun, don't kill zombies with Instakill in the first few rounds because you lose a lot of money by doing so. The player with the 2nd most points buys the 1st door from the lobby; the player with the most points buys the 2nd door. Keep the MP40 until Round 15. If dogs are at Round 5, run to the MP40 room immediately and purchase the MP40, again keeping it until Round 15. Stay in MP40 room until Round 8, with the 2 players with the least points at the start of the respective round on the top of the stairs shooting the zombies coming from the 2nd room and lobby, while the player with the most points takes the top window that is blue and next to the Stakeout and the player with the 2nd most points takes the very bottom 2 windows next to the MP40. Rotate players to these roles based upon who has the most points at the start of the round. At the start of Round 9, everyone start at the bottom and once you start to get overrun, run to the stage, turn on the power, and everyone purchase Juggernog and Quick Revive (the 2 players with the 2 most points each buying one door to get to the stage). After Round 9 is over, everyone buys Claymores. Player 1 and 2 will then go back to the lobby and buy the bottom door to the right but not the door to the Alley. All four players will strategically place claymores next to the 2 windows in this room to protect them in case they start to get overrun and cannot protect the windows anymore. At this point, player 1 and 2 (now will be called The Campers…or Boy Scouts if you want to be cute) will camp out in this room, mowing down any and all zombies coming at them. If the players are ever overrun to the point they will certainly go down, then they open up the Alley and make a run for it. The Boy Scouts should look at getting the HK21 or RPK for ammo reasons and use the fire trap as much as possible once you get into high teens (like 18 or 19…to conserve ammo). Also, don’t be afraid to use your grenades to chuck down the hall (try to get a crawler after every round starting at Round 18 or 19, but this is the responsibility for everyone). Player 3 (now will be called the Stage Master) will circle around the stage by himself, not shooting zombies until they are all chasing him (meaning no zombies are coming out and none are in front of you) and turning around to mow them down all at once. The Stage Master may need to buy the M16 off the wall for ammunition reasons. Player 4 (now will be called the Loop Master) will continuously make giant loops around the open doors, going in a counter-clockwise formation from lobby, upstairs, MP40 room, . A few rules for the Loop Master: he will have the thunder gun as he is most likely to get trapped going from theater to lobby (meaning whoever gets the Thunder Gun is now the Loop Master), he should never go backwards, never stop moving, and never EVER mess up the Stage Master’s routine (A.K.A. GET OFF THE STAGE ASAP WHEN COMING FROM THE DRESSING ROOM). At the start of every round, everyone should sprint to the fire trap room where the Boy Scouts are and place their claymores there so they have 8 claymores there at the start of every round. Between Round 10 and 15 an MP40 and Stakeout should suffice as your weapons and you should purchase Speed Cola. Between Round 15 and 20, players should start to hit the mystery box consistently to get the Ray Gun/Thunder Gun/HK21/RPK/Commando/Galil. If you don’t have those guns, buy guns off the wall when you run out of ammo of whatever gun you get from the box (it’s ok to switch out your MP40 for a Famas or dual CZ275’s, etc., etc.). DO NOT UPGRADE ANY GUN BUT THE ONE’S I LISTED (because you need ammo and to conserve money for if you go down, it costs 7,000 points to get Juggernog, Quick Revive, and Speed). Only use Pack-a-Punch when you run out of ammo, and always have the teleport linked when available for an easy get-away for the Stage Master or Loop Master (this is the Loop Master’s responsibility). What happens if the Boy Scouts have to open up the Alley? Try to camp in the Alley until the end of that round if possible, opening up the gate to the Tree house if necessary. There is a trap in the Tree house, so you really shouldn’t have to open up the next door to go to the stage. If you do, run in the same direction as the Stage Master (never run against the flow of any other player, that’s when players get trapped and get downed). I recommend the Stage Master to run in a clockwise run, so the Loop Master can take an immediate left from the dressing room to get off stage and the Boy Scouts from the Tree house will run to the back of the stage, timing their run with the Stage Master, and aiming where the Mystery Box would spawn. Then, 1 of the Boy Scouts will leave the stage and make loops but going clockwise (the Alley route) while the other Boy Scout will join the Stage Master in running the stage. I have gotten to level 34 twice with this strategy, both times I had lackluster teammates that weren’t very good or smart and both times I had teammates that had to leave in the middle of the game. What do you guys think of this strategy? Any questions, concerns, or comments are welcome. I play on Xbox and if anyone would like to try this strategy with me my GT is bhazzy (serious and good players with mics need only apply). However, I am going to a wedding this weekend and have finals this upcoming week so I won't have the opportunity to play in the next week but I can discuss this strategy with anyone.
