Well I guess there is no solo easter egg because you get all the perks when it's done and they don't go away. Since they don't go away you'll never die because your quick revive won't go away. Unless they made it so it is the only perk that goes away.

It usually happens when the round is over and you've failed to kill the napalm zombie. i guessing it happens in this case too. hope this helped! :D

Like I said in my post I can't find a normal zombies game on waw for "360." You're way more likely to find a modded zombies game on 360. Anyways I do have a ps3 and I have waw for it but I never bought the map packs for it. I guess there's my problem there.
