if u watch when step one is happening the Gersch device puts it onto the roof of the building so maybe theres more u need to use the Gersch on, if it moves one item somewhere maybe it can move more but thats just my theory -
theres more than four batteries in the game so that means there is no reason to try,if you dont believe me go look for your self theres 4 in the first room than one next to the flopper perk
