  1. if you have been provenbefore, then you don't need to prove it again. although im guessing there is currently no NML group, so you would have to give evidence for that. I've never proven before because the guardian groups were introduced after I became a Veteran so I didn't feel the need... Then again, I only have up to Nikolai and the first stage of NML so it's nothing special anyways
  2. Well I personally have noticed the activity in the UK has increased quite a lot recently. However, we have both Liam and Milo that can Moderate during the times people from the US aren't around... I think maybe one more UK user who is on EVERY day WITHOUT FAIL is needed, but definately no more than that (hint, I fit the bill ). All joking aside, this is what I believe the forum needs from the UK, and no more. I cannot say for the US as I am from the UK of course, but from my perspective this is what needs to be done. -Jolteon
  3. Just noticed that I haven't actually given rpoof for any of the medals for NML or Guardians... Need to get that done -Jolteon
  4. Right, I haven't gotten involved in the past as I didn't feel as though I had anything constructive to say. However, now I feel like I need to say something. Obviously whatever happens, Carbon makes the final decision. This is, and always will be, his site. His Baby. Because of that he must be the one to make the decision. If you have not had any contact with him in the past, you can rule yourself out. If you are not friends with Carbon, you can rule yourself out. I for one would love to put my name forward for this, I can financially uphold the site, and know enough about running a website to do it, but I don't know Carbon at all personally and so know that I will not be an option for him. -Jolteon
  5. My favourites are 7,8 and 9. Looks like I'll be coming in at number four! -Jolteon
  6. Element 115 plays a role in the Zombies back-story. According to the radio messages in Shi No Numa and Der Riese and by character quotes, it is extensively used by Group 935. In the Zombies storyline, Element 115 is harvested from meteorites that have been found in Shi No Numa, Der Riese, Groom Lake (Area 51), Tunguska, and the moon. One of these meteors can be seen by the player in Shi No Numa, and until the release of Black Ops this was the only meteor to be found in the maps. Meteor fragments can be found in Kino der Toten, Call of the Dead, and Shangri-La. Pressing the use button on all three fragments in each map will activate that maps's musical easter egg. Said meteors are red in color, emit strange noises, and have electrical pulses flickering across their surfaces. Shooting them will cause the characters to react with quotes relating to them. Element 115 was used to create the zombies as one of its side effects was the reanimation of dead cells. The zombies were to be used as super-soldiers by the Nazis. After creating them, Nazis realized that they were too uncontrollable and would lead to mankind's destruction. The Ray Gun, the Pack-a-Punch Machine, and the Wunderwaffe DG-2 are all powered by 115, along with the teleporters. It would appear element 115 can also control the zombies, as the Focusing Stone is a shrunken-down meteor that Richtofen claims will let him control the world. The importance of Element 115 in the storyline means that everyone wants to get to round 115. Plus, it's a very high round that takes a lot to get to. Hope I helped. -Jolteon
  7. A7X would be sweet, but I highly doubt it will happen. They're constantly touring and writing music for their own albums, and unfortunately I think Call of the Dead was a one off. It was made to have an 'All-Star Cast', and so they got a new artist to write the song. Nightmare being in Moon was probably there because people said they enjoyed A7X in CotD. Elena and Kevin will most likely do it, with perhaps a couple of guest appearances from other bands. My money would be on Bring Me The Horizon or Evanescence to do it. Would be epic if Evanescence did, I love their music -Jolteon
  8. Thanks for the feedback! To answer your queries, I still firmly believe that they used the Wincheter for a reason. The model in question has never been used in a Call of Duty game previously, and so it would be plain rediculous for Treyarch to use in an advertisement for one of the most anticipated games of the year. Also, you are correct. Lamia HAS hinted at a lot of new things. I have another thread in the works about the new innovations to Zombes, but I guess I'll post a snippet here: I think that the actual story side of Zombies will still follow directly from Moon, with a Cold War Timeframe, and Cold War weapons. However, with Mark Lamia hinting at Zombies being its own Gamemode, with new innovations and epic new gametypes, I also believe that we will be seeing some sort of future based zombies that will have no relevance to the storyline we saw in WaW and BO. -Jolteon
  9. I've taken this on board and had a look at the whole picture a lot more closely, most of this will probably be obvious but I'll say it any way: On the bottom right there is what looks like a fire hydrant, I'm pretty sure that here in the UK I've never seen a fire hydrant (correct me if i'm wrong), although I do in US cartoons, it could be possibly that this person is in the US. For me first place that comes to mind is New York (not sure why). Directly below her right foot (on our left) you can see a distinct shadow, this could possibly be a teddy. I can also sort of see a mans face next to this teddy like shape. We can tell that this takes place after the missiles have hit earth from the Moon EE, there is a lot of destruction around said person. Just above the COD: Black Ops 2 logo there looks to be some sort of machine. For those of you who played Portal 2 it looks like a thinner version of Glados BUT there isn't just on, look diagonally north east from this first one and you can see a smaller one. JUST HAD AN IDEA- (I've even put that in bold to make sure it catches your eye) Look in between this persons feet 8-) have a look at the metal work, it looks like a tall tower has fallen down, this takes me back to Paris and the Eiffel Tower, I've just read an article saying that "finding a fire hydrant in Paris requires some detective work" so there are hydrants in Paris, but not as obvious as other places, also the skull that this girl has in her hands could point to the Catacombs. Also with the floor below the girls feet is redder than above her, possibly symbolizing hell/death/catacombs. What do you think? Either that or I'm looking into this WAY too much I'm the sort of person to say Treyarch have put it in there for a reason, possibly to hurt or heads :| . I still have an incline that this is Elena Siegman but as darkjolteon said there is more in the image itself that we could be missing. Great work Man! You've pointed out MOST of the things I was talking about! Also, great link to the Catacombs, I hadn't thought about that myself (which is odd given that the Catacombs was my own theory ). Brains to you man, that was some great work there! -Jolteon
  10. What's up Zombie Slayers, this is DarkJolteon here coming out with a theory, and possible proof, of the date of the first Zombies map of Black Ops II. I have devised this theory using the teaser image released by Treyarch, and a little bit of own knowledge. So sit back, relax, and prepare for a thread of pure electricity 8-) (NOTE: If this thread sucks, forget I said that last part ) So here is the image in question: Now, the main thing I have seen everyone focusing on is the identity of the girl in the image. However, since this can only be speculation until we see a trailer or until the game is actually released, I decided to ignore her for the time being. So, what DID I focus on? Well, as a shooter game, I focused on the most important thing. The gun. I think we can all agree that the gun is in fact some sort of shotgun; Treyarchs Tweet pretty much confirming it: The big question however, was what actually IS the shotgun? Now, I have put in a bit of time, researching and investigating and all that good stuff, and I have come to a fairly strong belief that the gun in question is in fact a Winchester 101. Here is an image: As you can probably see, there are some VERY similar characteristics to each gun, and that they both have very similar complexions. The barrel is all but identical, the butt of the gun is the same, and just in general, they look like the exact same gun. Well, at least they do to me. So what does this tell us? Okay, so knowing the identity of the gun is a bit of useless information that doesn't really have any relevance except for telling us that the Winchester 101 will be in Zombies, right? Wrong. Knowing the identity of the gun gives us one of the most important pieces of information possible. A timeframe. To get an accurate timeframe just from the identity of the gun, you need to know quite a lot about it, or at least its history. Luckily for you guys, I do Winchester Model 101 Serialization 12 Gauge Serial Number Range Year of Manufacture 50,000 - 50,499 1959 50,500 - 51,999 1960 52,000 - 52,499 1961 52,500 - 55,999 1962 56,000 - 63,499 1963 63,500 - 75,499 1964 75,500 - 91,499 1965 91,500 - 102,999 1966 103,000 - 110,499 1967 110,500 - 117,999 1968 118,000 - 129,499 1969 129,500 - 140,499 1970 140,500 and Up 1971 [The Winchester Model 101 12 gauge was manufactured after 1971, but no serialization records currently exist.] 20 Gauge, 28 Gauge, & .410 Bore Serial Number Range Year of Manufacture 200,000 - 208,999 1966 209,000 - 210,999 1967 211,000 - 214,999 1968 215.000 - 220,499 1969 220,500 - 228,499 1970 228,500 and Up 1971 [The Winchester Model 101 20, 28 gauge and the .410 bore were manufactured after 1971, but no serialization records currently exist.] Note: The 28 gauge and .410 bore were first introduced in 1968. So there's your history on the gun, and as you probably worked out, there is your timeframe for Zombies. From this I would suggest that the Zombies storyline will be a DIRECT sequal to Black Ops, and we will most likely see a direct continuation from the end of Moon onto the next map. This also gives a huge possibility of our favourite heroes making a return in Black Ops II! How are they going do a direct continuation with the Campaign being set in 2025? Well this is simple. Not all of the campaign is going to be set in 2025. It has been confirmed by Treyarch that one third of the campaign WILL be played back in the good ol' times of Black Ops! You know what that means? Zombies will have guns from that part of the campaign, not the future, and we will most likely get to see some of our favourite Black Ops weapons once again! That's all I got for now, I thank you all for reading! Please feel free to leave your feedback below, and I welcome all criticism and constructive advice openly, so don't hold back I've been DarkJolteon, and I'll see you all soon -Jolteon
  11. I think we are all missing a HUGE point here! Who cares if the girl in the picture is Samantha, or some new girl? We won't find out until either we get a trailer, or the game is actually released! You're all focusing on the thing RIGHT in front of you. Some hot girl with a zombie head. This is what Treyarch want. If we focus on the REST of the image, we can get MUCH more indication as to what the future of zombies holds. I'll leave this for the rest of you to work out. Where's the fun in telling you? Oh, and Shapeshifter, you're on the right track. Good job. -Jolteon
  12. Wait, I missed alot... Is Carbon quitting Treyarch to become a Pro Wrestler? If so, can In design your outfit? I'm thinking tight spandex underwear WITH FLAMES (real flames, none of this material rubbish), and then Zombie styled make up and and A TAIL! CARBON NEEDS A TAIL! Maybe not. I would get carried away But seriously, great to see(ish) you man -Jolteon
  13. Great to know some more info about our lord and master! I think we all understand why you cannot tell us anything about Zombies, and to be honest most of us will be glad. Where's the fun in being told everything? We are the best at decoding Treyarch's secrets, and we love doing it! Honestly man, you have been absolutely outstanding running this site, funding it and everything for so long, and you now have the dream job you deserve! I wish you the best of luck at Treyarch, and want to extend my personal thanks to you for creating such an amazing, and wonderful community here at CoDz! -Jolteon
  14. Jolteon is ready, SIR! -Jolteon
  15. You have cracked it. The legend once again does not fail in his epic quest to defeat all that Treyarch throws at him. You, my friend, are an absolute genius. I am not worthy, however I salute you as a sign of my undying respect for you. (Props to Liam and BBD and everyone else too of course ) -Jolteon
  16. Classified one was the image, classified two was the video link. It follows that pattern. 5 was the first quote, 6 was the video link, 9 was the second quote, 10 was the video link. Not sure about 8, 11 and 12, but they could just be videos that were originally supposed to be used, but were scrapped by Treyarch and they nver bothered to change things. At least, that is my take on things thus far. -Jolteon
  17. Definately not solved. There is much, much more to this image. Besides, we think it's Woods, not Mason Until there is confirmation, then this image is not 'solved'. Keep plugging away, there is still a long way to go -Jolteon What makes you think that? (that there is much, much more) I think if it is Woods then that's it, they just wanted to show us Woods makes an appearance in the game. Remembering back to GKNova6 back before Black Ops was confirmed, then there is ALWAYS more to an image than originally thought. Treyarch just love throwing curveballs wherever and whenever possible. Just coming from experience and knowledge of Treyarch, there is always more. -Jolteon
  18. Definately not solved. There is much, much more to this image. Besides, we think it's Woods, not Mason Until there is confirmation, then this image is not 'solved'. Keep plugging away, there is still a long way to go -Jolteon
  19. Hmmm... So we have Woods and possibly Kennedy's medals... Perhaps this is in the White House? Maybe the location is actually in the Whit House itself, and Woods is being questioned on the assasination of Kennedy? Just a quick idea, no real meat behind it -Jolteon
  20. Hmmm... It's close, very close... Great spot dude! I think you could be onto something here! -Jolteon
  21. Perhaps its similar to Black Ops I with the chair and the interview... However, this looks incredibly unofficial. Perhaps Mason has be captured by the enemy and they are trying to 'reverse' the process of BO1? -Jolteon
  22. Here's the latest update. Go crazy my fellow CoDzers! Looks to be somebody in handcuffs, and perhaps a picture on the wall that may have significance... -Jolteon
  23. Well we have more text, with most likely more hidden letters. I think we all know where this is going. All the hidden letters from 2 days ago, today, and possibly another day will be an anagram of something important... I would also expect another update on it tomorrow. Someone will of course be reading it out, and we will try and work out who it is. Whether it will be the same man or not I do not know, however I would expect the same person to read it out so they don't give too much away. -Jolteon
  24. Thanks Liam and Richtofen Anyway, I've been doing some research trying to find the voice. I've in no way found anything at all conclusive or even close. However, after listening to it I immediately had two actors in my head. Eamon Hunt and Robert Picardo, who voice Dragovich and McNamara respectively. McNamara would make the most sense of course, and I honestly see it as a possibility. Perhaps 'Return for Debriefing' is a message sent by McNamara, and this is what he tells the character we play as at the end? I know, as theories go it's a long shot, but it's still a shot, and knowing Treyarch, anything is possible! Let me know if you agree, or if you disagree, tell me why -Jolteon
