Richtofen is a huge help/factor in the easter egg so that could be the reason.

Having 7 perks forever is bad? nah its better than the wunderwaffe! The wunderwaffe is good, but this would help out alot if you get downed I meant in terms of the story. But personally if want WW over perks. But I mean that it wasn't good in terms of the story. I think there is more to the shrine than people are taking out of it.
