  1. HERE IT IS! What do you all think?!
  2. UPDATE: Even more screenshots revealed. We've received the first Black Ops 3 screenshots for the game ahead of the actual Reveal trailer which will land later today. Most of these look like they'd actually be screengrabs from the trailer itself. We'll have to wait and see. Anyway, you can view the screenshots down below.
  3. Over the course of the day we saw a lot of Black Ops 3 info come out due to several released images from Gamestop and their Black Ops 3 marketing material. We've compiled everything we learned today for your reading and viewing pleasure down below. CAMPAIGN: A Call of Duty Campaign unlike anything before it. Co-Op Campaign Treyarch elevates the Call of Duty social gaming experience by delivering a campaign with the ability to play cooperatively with up to four players online, using same battle-tested network infrastructure and social systems that support the world-class Multiplayer and Zombies game modes. Cinematic Arena-Style Play Designed for co-op and re-playability, players encounter all the epic cinematic gameplay moments Call of Duty is known for delivering as well as new open area arena-style gameplay elements designed to allow players to approach the game with a different strategy each time the play. Character Progression And now, every player is completely customizable: from weapons and loadouts, to abilities and outfits, all with full progression systems and a personalized armory to show accomplishments, providing a constantly-evolving campaign experience. MULTIPLAYER: Prepare for a leveled-up multiplayer New movement system With Black Ops III, Treyarch premieres a new momentum-based chained-movement system, allowing players to fluidly move through the environment with finesse, using controlled thrust jumps, slides, and mantling abilities in a multitude of combinations, all while maintaining complete control over your weapon at all times. Tailored Map Design Maps are designed from the ground-up for the new movement system, allowing players to be successful with traditional movement, as well as advanced tactics and maneuvers. Specialist Characters Black Ops III multiplayer also introduces the new Specialist character system, which allows players to rank up and master each specific character’s battle-hardened capabilities and weapons. With this addition to Traditional and Weapons XP progressions systems, Black Ops III multiplayer gives players three different ways to rank up. ZOMBIES: Fight the Undead in an all-new horror story All-new Narrative No Treyarch title would be complete without its signature Zombies offering – a full-game experience with its own distinct storyline right out of the box. XP Progression System Black Ops III Zombies is the most immersive and ambitious Call of Duty Zombies to date, with a full XP-based progression system for players that adds depth and re-playability to engaging gameplay Zombies fans have come to expect. Based upon another piece of Black Ops 3 marketing material in the form of a poster, we've learned that the game will be released on November 6th of this year and that there will be a beta for the game. Beta access is awarded to those who preorder the game.
  4. Earlier this week Polygon.com posted an article regarding an opportunity they had to learn about and experience a tech demo for Alan Wake 2 that was originally created roughly 5 years ago once the first Alan Wake had arrived in stores. After we received Alan Wake on the Xbox 360 in 2010, it easily felt like we were going to receive a full on sequel continuing the engaging Alan Wake story. The cliffhanger and characters were all in place and Remedy had their game prototype, but then, as the Polygon article mentions, it just vanished. But, thanks to this opportunity that Polygon had to visit with Remedy and experience Alan Wake 2, they have released footage of the tech demo, which you can check out for yourself below. One of the most exciting things mentioned in the article is that the tech demo seen here was eventually what led to Remedy's upcoming game Quantum Break. There's so much more that is talked about and discussed in the article relating to the tech demo and the future for Alan Wake which you can read for yourself here. Let us know what you think about the article and anything Alan Wake related in the comments below. Source: Polygon

  6. Earlier this morning, during the Star Wars Celebration event in Anaheim CA, Electronic Arts and DICE unveiled the first in-engine footage from their new Battlefront franchise renewal. While the trailer doesn't actually reflect any actual gameplay, it does represent the general quality of gameplay that we can expect in DICE's Frostbite engine, which we've seen before on the popular Battlefield franchise. Check out the trailer below and let us know what you think of it in the comments down below. Image Source: GameInformer
  7. Several new Snapchat videos relating to the ongoing Black Ops 3 viral campaign have been released over the last few days. These most recent Snapchats have all been pertaining to things regarding medical procedures, specifically those involving the brain. We've even seen a hidden message located within the background sounds of the second Snapchat below. The most recent Snapchat has alluded to the concept brain transplants/memory transfer. Check out all of the Snaps for yourself below and let us know your thoughts about them.
